    There is NO way to get someone to help with a shipping issue with ****** so I know someone will finally contact me. I did try the email you have posted on your web site, no response. This is ***** issue, but I CAN not make a claim, only the shipper can. I ordered two boxes (6 total cracker packages), and the box was marked fragile, but it was crushed, opened, and missing half of the order.

    I placed an order, and afterward, the website offered me another set of items to add after the fact. I bit and accepted the offer not knowing it gave me the wrong size. When the order arrived, I was shocked to see a large when I needed a medium. So I went to their site to perform a replacement only to find they would not accept it, even though I never opened the package. Frustrated, I reached out via email and FB only to have their rep blow me off saying it was my fault and they won't do anything for me. I just threw away money on a package of items I cannot wear. I either want a replacement or a refund. And an apology is in order. This is not how US companies should operate.

    I made a purchase and when I received the items, one item (sherpa pullover) was defective. The right side of the sleeve was never stitched. I contacted 32 Degrees and waited for a response. A few days later I received a reply and was advised to take a photo of the item so they could verify the damage. I took the photo and sent it to 32 Degrees. A fee days later I did receive an email and was advised that I would receive a replacement at no charge as a courtesy. Meanwhile another customer service person did a refund for $8. The item was a clearance item and honestly I simply wanted a replacement. I was not asked what I wanted and when I reached out to inquire about the replacement, I was advised that they would not do it. This was very odd seeing that they already committed to sending a replacement to me. My issue is with the lack of communication within the customer service. I was emailed one thing and then it never came to fruition. I simply would like the sherpa in a size large to be sent to me in lieu of the defective one I received.

    I appreciate the apology, but I would like the sherpa in a size large as the replacement sent to me free of charge. The item is $8 so there is no outrageous request on my behalf, just a replacement sherpa.I stated my request numerous times with the customer service people but to no avail was my request fulfilled. I look forward to a replacement sherpa (size large) being sent to my address as a token of goodwill from 32 Degrees.

    I purchased 8 shirts. One order was a pack of 4 shirts and the other was an order for 4 separate shirts. I returned them all in the same package as they came to me. The claimed to only receive one shirt back and credited me $1.41. I emailed them many, many times with very detailed information and copies of my receipts and return confirmations! I always got a stupid response as if they had not even read the detailed information. I asked to have someone call me and was told that they are currently working to expand their phone system and that no one could call me. I also place another order as soon as I returned the first order and it has not yet arrived but supposedly is on the way. What a SCAM! They need to be stopped. What has our world come to?! Your help is greatly appreciated!!

    Ive been trying to initiate a return within the allotted period of time and the company 32 degrees is not getting back to me in the the allotted time. When there are damaged items, they ask you to contact them and that they will arrange for the return. I keep getting automated emails saying that theyre busy or that I should go through their portal which is used for regular returns but not for when theres an issue with the merchandise. I have been trying to contact them for over a month and they have failed to get back to me in a timely way which is pushed me beyond their return period. When they do respond they respond to some email where Im complaining about them not getting back to me with apologies for their delays but still not resolving the issue. There is still been no resolution to this as they say they dont have a phone number and theres no way that they can reach out to me other than email which they are not getting back to me with within a timely manner. Were now one day be on their 45 day return. And I asked them to send me something waving that so that I have it in writing since its been on their side that the delay has happened. They have not sent me anything in response other than letting me know that it is a complicated return and they are trying to figure out how to process it.

    I sent in returns from 2 orders using the online process and never received a refund. I sent an email to their info@ email giving them the specific order numbers and received an immediate boilerplate response directing me to the return process FAQ. I looked for a phone number and as another complaint mentioned, they have no phone number!!! Tried chatting today and waited 30 minutes for a live agent and never got one. Very, very, very poor customer service since no one will even reply to customer service issues!! In the unlikely event that someone from this company sees this complaint, my order numbers are ******* and *******. I'd appreciate a live response from this company as well as a prompt refund for my returns from the above order numbers. Thank you.

    I placed on order on 1/19/2024 and received order #*******. I originally submitted an online request to exchange the packable jacket ($19.99 + tax) for a smaller size and received a label to send back the exchange. However, I changed my mind and wanted to return the jacket instead and cancel the exchange. On 2/5, I initially reached out to the company via email and chat to change the exchange to a return to no avail. They have refused to offer a resolution and just keep coming back with other questions and refuse to assist. This has been an endless loop as they ignore email replies, don't reply and there is never anyone that responds via chat. There is no phone number to speak to a live person, no one responds in the live chat and my requests to do this via email have gone unanswered. My last response from them was them asking me if there is a cancel return request button on the top of the page (there is NOT) to which I responded no and they never replied. I am unable to do it myself as the order shows that I have already submitted the return. I want to return this jacket for my refund that I have every right to return and be done with the awful company forever!! I have attached copies for my attempts at contacting them which have gone unresolved and unanswered as well as my initial order confirmation. Based on their F rating and numerous complaints it is shocking that they are still able to operate.

    On January 12, I placed an order with 32 Degrees for 4 packable bags for jackets. The order number is *******. I received an email from 32 Degrees saying that order had been shipped but it never arrived. The tracking number that they provided was not active, either it did not exist, or the package was not sent. I have contacted 32 Degrees on several occasions asking the re-send the items ordered to no avail. They do not respond to my emails. I want 32 Degrees to send me the 4 bags since I need them for an upcoming trip.

    I have been trying to reach out by only email, there is NO phone number to talk to a representative person. I have been waiting for well over the shipping time for my order! I have an email and screenshots of the order being shipped out to me on Jan.16th, 2024...it is now Feb. 2nd and NOTHING! This is absurd, I have NEVER had anything take this long to ship! Having to email and wait for responses up to two days is unacceptable as well! I asked for a refund, because I NO LONGER have interest in the jacket for the weather, I wanted it for and I got an email about an order that was delivered already. Mins you that I waited for a reply for two days just to tell me what I already knew. Ridiculous.
