1 starZERO STARS. I ordered items from Adore Me on February 13th. I chose this store due to the supposed timely processing and delivery times claimed on the Adore Me website. The companys own website claims 1-2 days processing and 2-6 business days transit time. I read this, recognized it fulfilled the window in which I needed my items, and placed my order. On February 18th, when it became clear the items would not be processed, and therefore, not delivered in this timeframe, and after receiving an email from the company confirming the delay, I called to cancel the order for a full refund. I was told that even though the company would not honor its stated processing and delivery times, it would not issue a cancellation or refund. I queried why this was the case, considering my order hadnt even been processed and was still sitting in a warehouse. I was not given a clear answer. I told them the delivery address was to a hotel that I would no longer be at prior to my vacation, and that the purpose of ordering from this website was to ensure a timely delivery in preparation for my vacation. The customer service representative refused again to cancel the order. I told them that, because I would not be at that hotel to receive the item past their website-stated delivery time, I would then be forced to contact my credit card company for a chargeback. The company NEVER CHANGED ITS PROCESSING/DELIVERY TIMES ON ITS WEBSITE TO REFLECT THESE KNOWN DELAYS. This is fraudulent behavior. They then tried fighting my chargeback. I sent the BBB reviews to my ********** showing the fraudulent behavior of this company. Buyer absolutely beware. They will take your money, not deliver, and fight you on it. 1 starI have currently been waiting 18 days for Adore Me to delete my account as they find a new issue every time as to why I cant delete it. They have my debit card information and I just dont want to do business with them. Today alone Ive spent over an hour trying to call them without any luck. I at this time of writing this have an email thread over 40 emails long with no resolution in sight. I simply dont know what else to do to get them to delete my account.Review fromGiselle B

1 starVery bad service I purchased and order through ***** and its been a week and not one representative can tell me the status of my order .Contacted email and by phone and was told my concern was being escalated I would hear from a representative within 1-2 days. 1 starI signed up for their Elite Subscription box in January. Everything seemed good, my order shipped and I was sent tracking...then a follow up email stating it was running behind. After an entire week of the tracking never moving from ****, I contacted them. I was told per their policy they have to wait 30 days before they can do anything. At that point it was time for my 2nd box to ship. They finally processed the "return" for the items I didn't receive but then the date my 2nd box should have shipped passed and my account then showed it was paused which said that's usually due to payment issues. I made sure that end was good and emailed support. I was told they weren't sure what the issue was and that maybe my stylist was taking longer to pick the items for my box. Another week and still nothing. I emailed again ..this time I was told I hadn't fully completed the profile set up. I responded and asked how they'd processed the first box if that were the case. No reply to that. At this point we're now at the time when my 3rd monthly box is expected to ship. A few days past those dates, I emailed support again. They aren't sure and it should process soon. A couple days later my account shows paused again. Another email to support and I was told they think there is an issue with my account and I should either delete it and start over, or use a different email to create a new one. I asked to have the original deleted. In a reply email confirming the deletion, I was told that I shouldn't make so many changes to the frequency of my subscriptions because that's what caused it to have issues.....The customer service is pretty much non-existent. Not a single sense of ownership to correct any issues I experienced. I've honestly never had such a poor and frustrating customer service encounter.Review fromElise R

1 starThis company operates as a scam. I returned two items at the same time. I was initially told that I they never received an item so I was not being refunded when I told that it was impossible for them to have received one item and not the other because they were sent in the same package, their tune changed then and they said that they didn't receive the item in time to issue a refund. Additionally, I was told that I was being charged a restocking fee for the item that I allegedly did return on time but since I used a coupon to make the purchase, I would not be getting a refund. Which also didn't make sense because the "coupon" was to allow for an exchange. Their products sizing is so erratic that even exchanging the size, still wasn't going to fit. The only reason that I was eventually able to get a refund is by sending multiple complaints. This is how they operate, hoping you don't have enough time to worry about getting refunds.Review fromNolan W

1 starI had a terrible experience with AdoreMe due to their deceptive VIP membership scheme. When I made a one-time purchase, I had no idea I was automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription that charges $39.95 unless I "skip" each month. There was no clear disclosure during checkout, and I only realized I was being charged after noticing multiple unauthorized transactions on my account.When I reached out to customer service, they were completely unhelpful even though I never used the so-called "VIP credits." Its outrageous that a company relies on tricking customers into subscriptions rather than offering a transparent and honest shopping *************** yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere! This feels like a scam, and based on other complaints, Im far from the only one deceived by their shady tactics. Buyer beware!Review fromCataryna S

2 starsPlaced on order. Items arrived, decent quality for price. Was subsequently charged two separate months for a membership that doesn't even show on my account and gave me no option to cancel. Had to struggle with a dispute through my credit card company as I did have one purchase with them but cancellation wasn't an option.Review fromErin M

1 starI ordered on February 2nd 2025 and they say normally ships in 1-2 business days. Its now march 6th and it is still processing. And they have been less than helpful, but they have no problem sending 1-2 emails a day promoting more sales. Taking on more orders and no one is getting anything.Review fromCarrie H

1 starI've been ordering for about a year and didn't encounter a problem until this month. I ordered two bathing suits (each was a 2 piece) and one was fine. The other- they sent two tops, no bottom. These were ordered for a vacation, so I immediately called. After 30 minutes on the phone, I was assured that I could return one top and then the bottoms would be sent. The link didn't work to return it. Took another path- emailed with a 1-2 day response time. No response. Three days later, I emailed again. A day later- finally a response. And, now, the only way I can get my bottoms was to send both tops back, then they would send a replacement. By this point, we are leaving for vacation and it can't be replaced in time. And, if I want to send them back as a return, I get whacked with a restocking fee. I'm done.
