    Well, I purchased something online from this company and they stated to me that my order was on its way. The day is supposed to arrive.They told me that order was canceled. Ive been emailing them asking them to send me my money back. They keep sending me to voicemail. They would not pick They stop responding to my emails

    I purchased three track suits, returned them and never got a refund. The retailer blocked my calls and is not responding.

    I Purchased a track suit as a gift in December and the person was not satisfied with the material so I returned the item for a refund and still have not received my money. The company stated item was received and asked how would I like to proceed and I stated a refund. There has not been anymore responses and it has been almost 2 months.

    I purchased two outfits and one of the two had a stain on the pant leg. I sent it back and was told that I'd be receiving a full refund and instead they sent me a different suit all together. It also had a stain and they won't send me a return label.

    On 9/4/24 I order men t-shirt from ****. The shirt was suppose to be in size 2x, I received shirt in size small. I called company and received RMA# ********** number to return item, item was returned on 9/10/2024 under **** confirmation number: **** **** **** **** **** **. Item was delivered to **** on 9/13/24 per delivery confirmation! I called Alco on 10/1/24 and 10/21/24 and both times I was told they were behind on returns but my refund would be sent within 2 weeks! Today is 11/12/24 and I still havent received refund for *****. Please help me get my money back!This company is running a scam!

    On October ***** at Time 23:02, I visited your Website to buy a Perfume for ***** USD, delivered to *********** (**). I could not finish the order. But now you charged me 3 times the USD *****!I never got a confirmation of the Order via Email, so the Order was not ************ charged me 3 times the money and I still dont know, if your received the order! I cant send you with a Copy of the Order, since I never received One. All I have I is a Deduction of your Company of three times USD *****!!!So I want all my money back.     On 10/17/2024,I purchased a bottle of ****** ******* Eau 3.4 oz, *****xthe perfume smelled so awful and cheap, it was not the same as what *** brought in the past from department stores,it really stinks,they sent me a return label,and l have to pay to ship it back and pay for postage instead of offering not to pay the postage,the so called fragrance smelled so bad it's not real and they shouldn't sell this product to any customers,false advertisement, and they should be ashamed doing so!

    This is a scam company. The bottle is defective, looks used, it won't spray. I've read comments in other complaints to this company and whomever is responding can't even spell or speak English correctly.

    Regarding  ID # ******** for ******* *******, item purchased 9/27/24 with Alco Fashion, order #*********
     
    I was the one that ******* (my boyfriend) purchased the product for—a bottle of perfume which would have normally retailed for over $250—for $34.  This was supposed to be a birthday gift for me.
     
    The bottle’s seal had been removed and replaced with a cheap, aluminum foil type of material and appeared, felt and smelt like it had been refilled with water with little to ZERO actual perfume. After a few attempts I was able to reach a customer service representative who told me that “its highly possible” that it could have been a fake bottle of perfume and that we didn’t need to return it, that he would refund the account for the $34 that was charged to *******’s card. Still, ******* has yet to receive the refund.
     
    After this experience and the plethora of complaints and even YouTube videos available on this company, the company seems to be a scam.  What’s worse is the fact that a few days after ******* purchased this product with Alco Fashion, his card was fraudulently used for over $500.
     
    I believe a full investigation is warranted. And still, ******* is waiting on his refund.

    The clothes are not ****, they are a knock off. The clothes were faded and smelled. This company is a scam. I returned this item and I have not received my refund. I have not received a response from emails and no one answers the customer service number. I want my refund!
