    Over charged from the original amount. never received manual, and incorrect phone# listed on banking transaction. have contacted bank to cancel order as possible fraud!

    Ordered a manual before7am, At7am received e-mail from them that They received my order.At 9:00am I replied to that e-mail to cancel my order. That should have been that.However, at 9:44PM that day they sent me the manual anyway. now they want me to pay for it. I question them several time through e-mail and they refuse to honor the cancel requests some 12+ hours before.

    Scam Scam Scam This is criminal activity. They sell you manuals they don't have try to keep your money and never answer emails

    Nothing but a scam. They asked for $9.99 but charged $20 to my credit card and I got nothing for it.

    I tried to order an instruction manual from this company. They emailed me shortly after I placed the order that they could not find it. Three days later they finalized the order and charged my credit card $12.49. I complained to them and they said they would refund me in **** business days. It has now been a month and still no refund. I'm in the process of complaining to them again, but I suspect it is a lost cause. I haven't worked in over 10 years and every single dollar is important to me. Please do something to warn other consumers of this company. Thanks and God Bless.

    i paid all-usermanuals.com and they double charged me $ ***** this was taken out of my account one right after the other. i have tried to get through to contact them but you cannot navigate their website
