    Disappointed with Product and **************** I purchased the ********************** Hair Growth Serum because it promised results and came with a money-back guarantee. After using the product consistently for four months, I saw no improvement whatsoever. When I contacted the company to request a refund, as advertised, my request was denied. Instead, they tried to push other discounted products on me, which I found extremely frustrating.This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. If a company offers a guarantee, they should honor it. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product or the brand due to both its ineffectiveness and poor customer service.

    ******** customer service. They take your money even though they know their products are not in stock. I had to call my credit card company to have the charges reverse. This is the second time but I will never order anything from them again.

    This is the 2nd time i ordered from this company and not received my products! I refuse to let them keep my money this time. The 1st I ordered my mother and myself, I think it was $42, then stupidly I decided to try again because I am taking radiation therapy and I wanted to start proactively helping myself. Once again, no product and I have been emailing them for the $21, I paid off my debit card August 4, 2024. And I have yet to receive a response. I want to rate them a ZERO, but there is no zero star!!

    I don't find this helpful, and I am not happy with the product. I have tried numerous times to cancel thru the website and I keep getting the run around. The product didn't work for me and the company has been giving me the run around in regards to cancelling my subscription.

    They accused me of having a subscription with them to I responded several times that I didnt have or didnt want a subscription with them. They created an unauthorized order using my credit card which created a financial hardship for me. I have numerous emails to them before they shipped the order but they totally ignored my email responses Their products are good but so are the ones Oprah uses. With that being said DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

    They are a bait and switch company. DO NOT START A SUBSCRIPTION WITH THIS COMPANY!!! IT STATES ON THEIR WEBSITE "YOU CAN CANCEL" AT ANY TIME OR MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. LIES ,THEY GREYED OUT THE SECTION TO MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, THEY GREYED OUT THE "REMOVE" CARD OPTION AND THEY GREYED OUT THE AMOUNT OF TIME YOU WOULD LIKE THE PRODUCT. SO THEY FORCE YOU TO GET PRODUCT EVERY MONTH AND BILL YOUR CARD EVERY MONTH. THEY SEND "OFFERS" LIKE "TAKE10" , OR "FREESHIPPING" OR " FREE PRODUCT AND NONE OF THE LINKS EVER WORK. THEY ALL SAY ,"YOU HAVE ALREADY USED THIS ****" WHEN IN REALITY YOU NEVER USED IT EVER. THEN WHEN YOU SEND THEM A SCREENSHOT OF THE ISSUE THEY (CUSTOMERS SERVICE) SAYS OH YOU'VE USED IT ALREADY WHEN CLEARLY YOU SENT THEM A SCREENSHOT BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T USE THE **** BECAUSE OF THE MESSAGE CLAIMING THE CUSTOMERS USED THE **** THEY JUST SENT OUT MINUTES AGO. THEY NEVER TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR F UP BUSINESS AND HOW THEY HANDLE IT AND SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS. THEY TRY TO SPIN YOU AND BLAME THE CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE STUFF THEY DONT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY ON. ITS ALMOST LIKE YOU'RE SPEAKING TO A.I BECAUSE THEY LITERALLY NEVER ANSWER THE QUESTION AND JUST CONTINUE TO REPEAT THEMSELVES WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN. THEIR PRACTICES ARE NOT LEGIT. Lastly when you ask to remove your card they say they can't because shopify is the company in charge of the billing, which is not discussed or any of that verbiage does not display when you place a. Order or sign up for a subscription which in my opinion is misleading information I feel it's slightly illegal especially if the customer never agreed to the terms of their billing being held by "shopify " and you not being able to cancel or change anything. I know I'm not the only person this has happened to. There is just no where to file a complaint or review because they have it set up in a way you can't see anything negative or report anything negative unless you go to BBB.

    My mother placed an order with Amyla back in December and still has yet to receive product. She also never received a confirmation e-mail that she even placed an order. What she did receive was an email that her order was on the way and to wait for a second email with a tracking number. Well, that tracking number never came. My mom grew frustrated waiting for her products so she asked me to contact them on her behalf. Shed forwarded me the email she received (mentioned above) along with proof of purchase from her bank. And so I contacted them. I found out that the reason that her order had not been shipped is because it was out stock.Why had no one contacted her to notify her of this? Why did I have to follow up with them? During one of our exchange's they tell me part of my product is now back in stock but they dont know when the other part will be in and to choose something different or wait. Wait until when? You dont even know. During this time of correspondence my mothers bank account gets drafted for more money to be sent. Imagine that, you take more money when the initial product has not been sent. My stated she did not sign up for a subscription (just like others have stated). Of course I sent a follow up email about this. At this point Im frustrated and request a refund for the original amount plus the additional amount taken. They tell me they cant refund me for a pending order. Huh? I said you absolutely can. They send me a follow up email saying my order will be sent by the end of the week. I thought part of it was out stock but now all of sudden you can fulfill my order? Never fully addressed my questions about the confirmation email and why no one notified me. But what they definitely addressed was there was absolutely NO REFUND being given for product not received in a reasonable amount of time. BUYER BE WARE. This company has unfair practices and only care about your dollar, they could careless about their customers.

    ******************** have submitted written requests for three months asking that Amyla Cosmetics to cancel my subscription (which I NEVER signed up for in the first place); yet, they continue to send me products and bill me for them. I am not interested in receiving their products each month. Is it going to take an act of Congress to get them to honor my request? I am beyond frustrated with this company! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE cancel my subscription!!

    If I could give 0 stars... This is a horrible company to deal with. I have initiated a dispute with my bank because I have been given the run-around for months now on an order placed on 11/28/2022 that I have YET to receive. After my first contact with them about the order, they claimed that I clicked the "subscribe and save" option, which I KNOW I did not do because I hate subscriptions, especially with a company I have never heard of before. Then the rep claimed that they saw the subscription was "successfully cancelled" but they could not cancel the order as requested - which has yet to be FULFILLED AND SHIPPED to this day!!! Then came excuses about the "influx of orders" they received - AFTER MY ORDER WAS PLACED MONTHS PRIOR; claims of "the current situation in ********"...and what THAT situation is supposed to be, I have NO IDEA! Then lastly, it's because of a weather delay (God knows where!!?!) as the reason they have not yet fulfilled and SHIPPED this order. They appear to use the conflicting verbiage on their website to hide behind honoring the claims of "Satisfied or your money back" between the Returns sections in two places of their website: General Terms and Conditions ("Return and Refund policy: Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded because our team works to provide feedback as quickly as possible.") and the Returns section of their Terms of Delivery page ("Returns: The costs of returning an order are the responsibility of the buyer, .... except in the case of defective products. In this case, Amyla Cosmetics will proceed with an exchange without having to return the product (after reception of the photos showing the defect of the product). .... Upon receipt of the returned order, Amyla Cosmetics will contact the customer or, in the case of a refund request, make the necessary refund."). *Sections trimmed due to character limits* The products are mediocre, and the service is horrible! Do not waste your time or money with these people.
