I tried ordering the 10 pack of foot patches for $15 it then took me to another page asking if I wanted to purchase more at a discounted price, I didnt see an X to close out of the page or an option to decline it so I just closed the page, and then got an email saying I was charged just about $70 for I think its 5 packs of foot patches! I ordered a promotional package of their product, upon review of the order. They added an additional $42 of a product i didn't order, addressed the issue immediately and did not receive an email till several hours later stating there was not anything they can do. I responded with my issue and threatening them with a negative review. Posted the review and got a response immediately and was offered a refund if I took the review down, a bribe! This is not acceptable and got scammed out of money, please review other similar reviews of people that had the same experience. Thank you for your time.Initial Complaint

I am having an awful experience with this company. I ordered the product. Then it never arrived. I reached out to them when I saw it had been near me, but then had been sent to a different state. I reached out multiple times and they didnt respond. Then finally, I got a response and they told me that because I did not ask for the product again within 30 days of when I originally ordered it, they were not either going to refund my money or deliver the product. I did reach out in that timeframe, but they did not respond. Now I am stuck going back-and-forth with an idiot for a customer service who keeps telling me the same thing over and over. I reached out in time, but the reality is if they receive the product back why didnt they reach out saying something was wrong? February 5th, 2025 I ordered one 10-day supply of detox foot pads for $14.95. in order to complete my order, I was taken through at least five pages of other offers with the decline statement in very light. Gray and small. The program would not let me move forward without making a decision regarding these offers, all of which I declined to the best of my knowledge. When I got to the final page, it indicated that I had bought over $60 in additional detox pads. No company should be a member of the better Business bureau that handles business in such an unprofessional manner. I have never come across this *********** a senior, this marketing practice is also discriminatory and predatory as it targets seniors more likely to have poor eyesight. I would like an immediate refund and formally have this business listed on the BBB for these unprofessional practices.Initial Complaint

I was given a link to a discount for the product and I selected a two pack of the product. The website is designed to continue offering products that you have to turn down multiple times. In my attempt to turn down various offers I mistakenly hit a button I didnt intend to. The site does not show you whats in your cart so you can make adjustments prior to charging your card so I got charged for two transactions the second of which I didnt make. I attempted right away to change the order by filling out the necessary form online. I did this within minutes but I could not submit the form because I wasnt given an order number. The confirmation email with the order number never came to me. Not even the next day. I attempted 4 different ways of getting in touch with the company before the order could ship and nobody got back to me. It was only after the product shipped that I got an email. I still attempted to inform them and fill out the form after I got the confirmation email but was told it was too late. Today, January 10, 2025 I started the online process of ordering ONE BOX of foot pads from Bandoo. When I got near the end, I realized they were asking me to confirm my order before telling me the shipping costs. So I closed the app before confirming.A few minutes later, I received notification from ****** that the order was processed. Not only did I NOT confirm/complete the order, they also billed me for FOUR BOXES instead of the one box that I initially checked off. I received an email from Bandoo (*****) who said unfortunately they couldn't process my order...But then minutes later, Bandoo sends a confirmation that indeed the order went through and will be coming.I followed instructions on how to submit a claim, and actually did it four time, plus left a message on a customer service line. NO RESPONSE. They said orders after 12 hours have passed may possibly not be cancelled. Well, I started the process before 3 minutes passed!!!I don't know what kind of racket they have going, but this is just wrong!Please confirm!!
