  I purchased a product for over $100 and received the wrong item or they sent me something different that costs $30. For over 2 weeks the keep saying that are checking with supplier after requesting photo proof from me. I've asked for a refund and they keep stating that they are waiting for response from supplier. It's a scam

  I would not recommend ******** for two main reasons:1.While they claim to accept returns for any reason, they don't disclose in their terms that you have to send the item back to *****, pay the large freight bill and Chinese import duties. Of course, few people will want to return their purchases under these circumstances.2.They make it almost impossible to contact customer service. On their website they only give you a few choices in which you may contact them, but often none of those choices applies to your situation.There really is no point and buying from them, because most of the items are available through US sellers (e.g. Amazon) that have better return policies and *****************

  They sent me the wrong item and after weeks of sending them photos and proof they refused to issue me a refund or send a replacement. I regret ever ordering from this website and want to warn everyone to avoid them.

  I ordered a scooter for $1,379.99. The front suspension was poorly designed, and failed after 4 months. They sent a replacement part, but I was able to repair (reinforce) the part by welding. At 4 months, the front assembly failed where it fastened to the body. Either of these failures could have had deadly consequences. These things go faster than 50 mph. We were lucky.At that point, (5 months into the one year warranty, I requested a refund, and return label. They absolutely refuse to honor their warranty, which covers these parts for one year. This is only 5 months into the warranty, with two catastrophic failures. The scooter is trash. Im screwed. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

  Find your products somewhere else. This company *****. They advertise that they will ship within 48 hours but I'm at a week, with excuse after excuse from their customer service. They are completely unwilling to actually ship my order, but were more than willing to take my money. Order anywhere else!

  N.G. item listed wrong. Sent something else. No help on chat.Slow to deliver (the wrong item).A great disappointment.Avoid Banggood like the plague!!

  It's a scam. Never received refund. They posted the wrong item description and I only received half of what I ordered. When I asked to send missing items, customer service offered me points instead. I insisted to receive my money back and they finally agreed. But before they process the refund, the case was closed, and never respond to further communication.

  Terrible customer service. It took almost an entire year to receive a refund for a defective product. I had to hire a lawyer to take legal action against the company in order to receive the refund.
