Their website signed me up for a subscription without my even knowing this was happening, now I get charged. Their website seems to be purposely setup to not be able to navigate, but solely to get your money. I don't even know how they got my payment credentials . I tried to buy some chocolate, and this is what happens. BTW, your phone number has no ************* account, **************************** There are online instructions on how to cancel. What is shown as the app is not what I have on my app, so can't cancel. I found their email, and the ** summary is that there are many more refund requests lately than normal.Customer Answer

On 2-28-2025 Blidz Took $***** Out Of My Bank Account ..********************** Has A Membership Program That Is ***** A Month.. I Did Have A Blidz Account, But That Was 9 Months Ago Or Longer. When I First Got My Blidz Account I Had A Free 3 Day Trial & Then They Charge Your Card $***** A Month. I started to sign up for this service but then I realized it was a monthly fee service so I stopped and never agreed to pay for the service, but the next day they took the $17.99. I just want my money back. Also I have tried every recourse they make available to get them to refund my money but none of them work, their phone rings and rings and then it goes to a busy signal, I only get robo answers to emails, and no human ever goes on chat so I have no way to get them to respond.Initial Complaint

I inquired on the site and was instantly downloaded all my banking and money apps. I requested it cancel my information and close the account. I then wrote numerous emails asking to be removed. Canceled and blocked payment method, worked for 2 weeks then on Sunday 8:30 pm it tried billing again and was blocked but within 15 minutes it again tried collecting for a monthly membership I never agreed to nor would I want and it successfully collected my money. Again today I emailed customer service and after understanding I don't wa the their services, I'm directed to download this again and follow the examples. What a sucker am I? I did download and it doesn't go anywhere except to my new banking account card. Grabbed my debit card info and I then went to complete details of what and how I can cancel/close it. Now customer service says they can't help I have to download the app. I tell them of the policy rules saying yes customer service can close the account. I only want my information deleted and membership Canceled. Please helpCustomer Answer

Since December of 2024 I have have received 10 different notifications for my debit card that Blidz has tried to withdrawal $17.99 each time. I signed up for their week trial which was supposed to be free they automatically started trying to charge me I tried to cancel the free week trial they told me I need to do it from within the app the part of my app that they told me I could cancel it does not exist there is no way to cancel it from within my app I've tried multiple times they will not cancel it I do not want it even when I log into the app it tells me I do not have an account with them but they still keep trying to charge me $17.99 I have gone as far as blocking them on my debit card and they still keep trying They tried January 8th and then not again until today March 3rd right there should show that I do not have an account with them this is absolutely ridiculous this is been going on since December if not earlierInitial Complaint

This Is and unauthorized withdraw from my account and have sent numerous emails to stop it and it has not stop are either file a lawsuit against the BBB for alowing this to happen
