I ordered a necklace for my deceased brother to wear in his casket for his viewing and they never sent it to me all my brother ever wanted was to look sharp and I can never give that to him now this has caused me serious distress and griefBusiness response

Hi, We don't have any merchandise with the price and picture it shows in screenshot. We don't have order number with 5 digit. Ourder order numbers are 6 digit. Customer must have purchase with the similar name domain with word bling. We are facing same issue on trustpilot. First thing customer should do is dispute charges on credit card and report on ******* We will be glad to do it on their behalf if they can forward us the order confirmation email. We believe they are using our domain name in their email address. Our lowest and most economical item is not less then $10 and we don't give any free shipping until $24.99 purchase. We request to remove the complaint. Let us know what else you want from us. If customer can send me email confirmation we will take steps to report this to ******* We believe this price is even way less then whole sale manufacturing purchase for the item in screenshot.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for necklaces and a bracelet on April 26,2024. After not hearing anything from the company I messaged them on May 5,2024. Between that day and May 24 I had requested a tracking number 7 times throughout 9 emails. I got 3 responses, all the same. It included a link to an order tracking page on the website that only said to expect delivery between 5/1 - 5/25. As of 5/30/2024 I have not received any merchandise, and upon entering the website address I find that the web page has been removed.Business response

Hello,
We have tried to look up the customer in our system with the information provided to us. Upon reviewing the complain and the images provided by the customer, we see that this is not our company.
The screenshots show that this order was placed on a different website. We are Bling Jewelry. It looks like the customer placed the order with a company named Bling Dynasty. We have received a lot of complains from different people regarding this issue but unfortunately this is a different company and it is associated with us.
I am providing our link to our website to show that we are not associate with that other company.

I bought 1 necklace from them and they replaced it which I was pleased then the second one broke again same place showed proof and will not replace. I placed an order on 3/31/2023 (Order #******). I ordered 2 sterling silver 2mm rings (one size 9 and one size 7) with the sku number of **************** and each ring was to be engraved on the inside of the band. I had ordered 1 of these rings previously so I knew exactly what I was expecting to receive (because they do let you know that engraved items cannot be returned unless it's their mistake).When I received my order on 4/4/2023 I was very disappointed to find that the ring style was not the same as my previous order (with the same exact sku number and description for the item). The rings I received were thicker (still 2mm wide) and squared instead of rounded.I emailed the company the next day giving them all the details and especially letting them know that since I'd ordered that exact ring before and didn't receive what I ordered that I needed to return the rings and either get the exact rings I'd ordered or receive a refund. I was told that they changed vendors and that is why the ring was not the same as the one I'd ordered previously and that they would not refund me and couldn't exchange for what I wanted. I again emailed explaining that in good faith that I could not have known that the vendor had been changed when they (Bling) used the same exact same sku number to describe the ring. I also explained that the rings were uncomfortable and I was unable to wear them. I spent $47.98 on items I wouldn't have ordered if they had been transparent in what I was ordering. It's like a bait & switch. I was told they would refund me the cost of engraving (has nothing to do with the type of ring they sent) which was $18.00. I have received the $18.00 but am still out $29.98 spent on items I can't wear (and would've never ordered if it was disclosed that it was a different style of ring). I understand that vendors may change over the years, but then the sku number would change so that customers know it's not the same item that was purchased in the past.Customer response

I ordered a pocket watch and set of earrings on sale, on February 11, 2022. Today is February 17, 2022. On February 14, $30.86 was removed from my Bank account. I went Back to the Bling app, and it said I haven't placed any orders yet. I emailed them 2 times and called their customer service number. No one has gotten back to me from this company! Thank you for your assistance in getting the merchandise I paid for, or a refund to my bank account.....This was a VALENTINES Day gift. I am really tired and disgusted in the handling of this order already paid for!! The uploaded pictures are the items I ordered. I do not have a bank statement yet.Business response

The order was processed and shipped on February 14th. Upon reviewing the customers tracking information, the item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 11:33 am on February 18, 2022 in *******, ** *****.

I purchased earrings from Bling Jewelry on overstock.comfor $28 on 10/04/2021. I returned them the same day through ***** I used stamps so no tracking was available. This was 2 weeks ago and they refuse to refund me the money and are denying they got them. I believe they are a scam company.Business response

Thank you for the Email. The customer was refunded on October 21st. The customer contacted us on October 11th regarding an issue with the customer.
Customer was refunded 10 days after contact was made for return instructions.
