    **************** is unreachable: phone # says to go online, email address responds we are too busy, and chat NEVER works even in the hours specified.

    While I have several items from Bonobos its been a few years since my last purchase. After ******* purchased this company the quality dropped then after another sale in 2023 left little to desire from their product line. The end for me was a failed elastic band on a pair of swim shorts that were less than two years old. Im sorry but if you cant manufacture elastic to last more than two years on a pair of $90 shorts Ill go elsewhere. Take a look at ***** ******, ******-O, ***** the list goes on and these are actual quality products.

    i wish i can give Bonobos the negative review, i purchased few t-shirts and other stuff from them.I made sure that I have unchecked the 'marketing emails' etc. even though I am keep getting marketing emails, few emails a day, i reached out to their customer service, they told me they have unsubscribe me from it, i am still getting it, its been while, i have to reply to them every day 'I am still getting email please remove me' but no positive response from them.If you really keep your inbox tidy. i would urge not to purchase anything from them. i am really tired of it.

    Bonobos has a business model that lacks integrity from my perspective. The product is not in the store; salespeople determine the size, and then they sent the product to my home. I was told that I could return anything that didn't fit. The fact that the shirt didn't fit was their mistake, not mine. Either it was poor staff in the store or the product wasn't a match to what I tried on. I was a first time customer and was not informed of any different policy regarding the one shirt since it was apparently on sale. I was told I could return any of the items if they did not fit. They did not refund the money; only provided store credit. I should be refunded my money.

    I ordered sweaters and a tee shirt from Bonobos that was supposed to be shipped in one parcel. I received the parcel and instead of the sweaters, I received a duplicate order for the tee shirt. Bonobos told me that they shipped everything which makes no sense given the size of the box and the duplicate order. They will not refund me for the missing items so I will be disputing the charge

    **************** appears to be non existent. I ordered 4 items of clothing on 5/30/22 for a time sensitive event (6/25/22). At the time I was informed I would receive it on or before 6/20/22. On 6/16, I received 3 of the 4 items. I would like to return one of them but the missing item is the one I need earliest.I have attempted to contact customer service numerous times by phone (no answer), by chat (the chat widget has never appeared) and by email at least twice ( received an acknowledgment and apology but no answer). When I look at my account online it shows my order is being prepared (as of 5/30).

    I ordered several pairs of pants from Bonobos on May 9. The pants still have not shipped. I attempted to contact Bonobos via email with no success. I have been able to reach a representative after being persistant with online chat three times. The first time, I was given a shipping date that was missed. The second time, I was given a revised shipping date that was subsequently missed. The third time, I was told that they are having unprecendented operational issues in their warehouse and could not be given a shipping date. Yet, this morning they were plugging their products on the ***** **** which has a national audience. It's not clear to me what the actual issue is, and why they continue to sell product if they can't fulfill their existing orders, or at least communicate to their customers what is really going on.If I could give zero stars, I would. One star is the lowest rating allowed.
