The item I purchased was different from the item that was advertised on their site. Quality and features are completely different. I have been in contact with the seller but they are only offering a store credit which I am not interested in knowing they falsely advertise their products and have found other scam complaints about them online.Business Response

I ordered a Christmas Gift 12/2/24 from this site for the main reason it said ships immediately under the product. I have reached out several times and keep getting the same response. Should ship in the next couple days. It seems everyone has the same issue with this company. Its 1/1/25 and got the same response today. Ridiculous that they still have a business.Business Response

We have clearly explained to the customer that delays happen especially during the holidays season which the customer does not comprehend nor understand. This is out of our control. I let the company know that I reached out to the Better Business Bureau, and that I was reporting the charge as fraud. Then they refunded me. Funny, because I was told at the beginning of this ordeal they do not refund. This company is a complete scam. I looked at all the reviews and then saw that they have been reported several times to the BBB and of course the company was always right. Shocker! You can close this complaint out.

I ordered on November 1st. Ive emailed multiple times to complain about when I would receive my order. Each time I asked about the whereabouts of my order, I got the same response saying it will be shipped shortly. Its all a lie when I ordered when it first dropped. The item description says that it was already made and ships fast. I was under the impression it would be shipped immediately upon being received. Their website also says their standard shipping is within 7-14 days. Its been a month and a half.Business Response

I have purchased an item that I never received on 11/24. I purchased shoes for the price of ****** on January 14, 2024 and my order has not arrived yet. Ordered a pair of shoes from them on November 1st,2024 with the promise the shoes were already produced and ready to ship. When I emailed asking to cancel my order 11/18/24 because of no shipping yet they emailed me back saying they cant refund the order because the shoes are being produced now. They released a product on September 1, 2024 which I placed an order for. This was not a pre-order item and were supposed to ship immediately. I was told me they would ship September 22, 2024. On April 1 2023, I bought two clothing items from Bravest Studiosa pair of shorts and sweatpantsfor a total of $197.02. I originally visited their site for the shorts, but the sweatpants caught my eye, so I bought them too. The shorts fit perfectly and I was happy with them. However, the sweatpants were disappointingly baggy and oddly shaped, not at all like the photos on the website.After contacting Bravest Studios, they accepted the return of the pants and issued me a $108 gift card. Later, I used the gift card to buy a t-shirt for $43.30, but it also had a strange fitvery wide and short, similar to the pants. When I tried to return the t-shirt, they refused to offer any compensation.Frustrated, I opened a dispute, aiming to reclaim $108, which was the portion of the original purchase I was dissatisfied with. However, it seems the dispute may have incorrectly targeted the entire purchase amount of $197.02, even though I specified only $108. The dispute was not accepted, and now, Bravest Studios has deactivated the remaining gift card balance of $64.70.They have shown no intention of compensating me for the $64.70. At this point, I just want to be reimbursed for the $64.70, as it was my money, and they seem to have unjustly taken it.Customer Answer
