      I placed an order for a Norelco ****** on March 9th. Since then, I've gotten emails saying my purchase had been delivered and emails asking me how I'm enjoying my purchase, but I have yet to receive anything. When I track my order, it says the order is still processing. And despite emails to their support team, we have received no response.       I ordered a Garmin GPS from the web site: www.factoryoutlet.com. I ordered it on March 24, 2024 it was scheduled to be delivered around March 31, 2024.The amount was $197.94 but it was never delivered. I checked the tracking several times and all it shows is that it is in processing. I tried contacting the site several times and get no answer. I have not received any kind of notification about delays or otherwise. I did a search on the site and it looks like other people have had problems with them.       Email Conformation Date ordered: Saturday February 17, 2024, 12:03 PM Order Details from them: 2024-02-15 09:35 Estimated Delivery Date 2024-02-23.Paid $169.15 for a Minn Kota i-Pilot System Remote Access w/Bluetooth. I have called many times and finally got someone to answer, when I asked them about my order, they said it would ship that week and I would get a tracking email. THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED This site needs to be shut down. so later I called Minn Kota about this, they said that they have gotten lots of complaints about this site. they gave me links to five other sites to order from, I did so and I have received my order from one of the other sites.

      I purchased a *** S62 Pro Bundle with a 3 year warranty through ********************** for my son on 3/22/2022 for $711.16. The phone had a cracked screen and the microphone wasn't working when he would make calls the other person couldn't hear him. We returned the phone around 12/ 9/23 and Factory outlet had received the return. ******* had contacted me by email on 12/22/23 stating the *** S62 Pro Bundle was on backorder and not sure of ETA but they had just the phone and would refund the difference. My son wanted the bundle since that is what he paid for and we didn't think it would take that long. I had emailed January 15/2024 and the phone was still on backorder not ETA. I tried to email ******* on March 21 , 2024 and I received no response back. I tried to call the ************** and the message states they are having trouble with their phone system and to email ******************************* and they will respond within 24 hours. I emailed them March 25-March30, 2024 and had no response back. My son is getting ready to go back to ****** for his job and needs this phone. I was contacting to either see if they had the *** S62 Pro bundle or just get the *** phone and refunded the difference not thinking that he would get screwed out of a phone but that is what I am thinking now since the phone system isn't working and no return emails. I have attached a copy of the receipt , Warranty, email from ******* and RMA# for return. I hope you can help us out here because it kind of looks to me that they could be out of business or just trying to s**** us.

      I bought 4 folding rocking camping chairs for $49.97 on 10/24/2023. I never received them and eveytime I try to contact them it says they are closed. I want a refund if I can't get my chairs. This has gone on long enough.

      Tumblers They state it was delivered and signed for. My mailman didn't deliver, and I have cameras which show no delivery. I have asked for proof and signature and was told it was being packaged and shipped. AKA the runaround. I requested a refund, and there was no response.

      october 28th 23 purchased a sealed braun cleaner and charging base with plug. item does not clean. all was returned in Mid november. They still have not refunded me and PAYpal which monies transferred from by bank account is of no help. I have proof i sent it back with tracking and The outlet store is sitting on their hands. this is for the store ****************************************** unit 350 south wing I ******* ** *****. plus i paid $14 to return it so i am adding that ***** + 14 = ******. i have all documents

      We appreciate your vigilance in bringing this matter to our attention. After thoroughly reviewing the complaint, we have determined that the customer has not received a refund because of an ongoing chargeback with PayPal.

      Our records indicate that the customer emailed us on Oct 28, during which we advised her to call us so that we could help with returns. The customer contacted us on Oct 30, and we urged them to withdraw the chargeback so that we could process the refund. On Nov 01, the customer emailed us stating that PayPal is recommending not closing the dispute but first getting it resolved from us.

      Today, we again attempted to contact the customer in response to your email. Regrettably, our call went unanswered. We have closed the case with PayPal, and a full refund has been issued. Additionally, as a token of apology, we have requested a Check of $14 for a refund of return shipping postage.

      I purchased a microwave from Factory Outlet Store on July 19th 2023, when I received it it took me a few days to open it, but the microwave didnt work (the door wouldnt latch correctly, so the microwave wouldnt run). I got the return label from them on August 3rd, and they received the microwave at their warehouse on August 23rd. This was all good, but now I have called 3 different times, twice in September, and now just today October 2nd 2023, and continue to be told that they are still waiting on something from the warehouse. The first time I called, I was told it should only be a few days, and it has now been more than a month. It seems to me that even with me following up I may never get my money back.

      After viewing this complaint, the business in fact refunded my money in less than 24 hours. While I am please to have this done with, I regret that I was only able to get the refund after making a complaint.
