On January 22nd I sent a return to Fjackets using their label and am waiting for my refund of $172. I just left the post office and they said this was delivered on January 27th. I am continually told this has not been received and therefore I cannot get my refund. My item has been there since January 27th and I want my refund. You don't just get to steal from your customers and say you didn't receive the return. I will file a review on every avenue I can to let other people know how this company is. Purchased a jacket on June 05 of 2024. I returned the jacket on or about 7-16-2024 because of poor quality and size issues. It was purchased through ******* ****** refunded the original price, however since the company never refunded fjackets ****** is charging me again for $174.I cannot reach fjackets by phone to resolve the issue. I placed an order with fjackets on January 3 **** I paid them $199. they sent me the jacket I didn't like the fit so I sent it back on January 7 for a return. I was told in order to get the new jacket then I had to pay an additional$40 I paid that on January 13,****.. After that I just been getting the run around.. I've enclosed my email messages between fjackets and myself. As of yet I still don't have my jacket and or my $239.00 That is alot of money for them to try and keep. On September 23,2023 I purchased 4 jackets. They were delivered to my home. Out of 4 jackets I picked one. I put in a request to return three. I was sent a return label to return the items. On October 7 2023. I returned them through **** In the original packaging. F Jackets refunded me $184 to my account. That was the agreement for one jacket. I contacted them about the other two jackets refunds. They said the have not received them as of yet. After several days I requested an update on the other two jackets. Their reply was that they still have not received them. They looked into it and said they they should have been three separate labels for each jackets.But they only sent me one label. I used that label for all three returns. I contacted them again and told them that there was only one label. The said they would investigate into it. They contacted me and said they found the other two jackets. I also sent them a copy of the receipt from ****They said it would be **** business days to receive my return. I waited 10 days and still no refund. I contacted them again and they said 4 to 7 business days. I contacted them again. They stopped responding to **** replied back again and told them I want my refund for full price paid plus taxes with in 4 days or I would file a complaint with the BBB. I still have not had a response so Im following through with my action.I was working with ********************* with the customer support team. support ************************** . I have received the email. I truly believe theyre sincere about the refund. I believe there was confusion with both parties. There was a lack of communication and responsibility. I received my refund today 12/1/2023.

I purchased two FJackets about two weeks apart. Both Medium and I followed the size chart provided by the company. Both jackets are of v similar style (both"motorcycle style jackets") so a customer would expect a similar fit. First one was fine and fit was as per the sizing chart and I had no issues with it. The second one I purchased was a completely different size with a poor quality zipper, ****** large arms (wider at the upper arm and longer) and the black finish was unfinished with patches of lighter shade on multiple sections. The zip is difficult to close.All photos were forwarded to FJackets showing above issues. The neck is also tiny and cannot be closed. See image with closed neck on right. I'm avg build @170lbs. Neck on the first jacket was fine Here is where my issue came about: I attempted to do a return through their site portal "Flexi Returns" and had initially selected the option for a full refund. To try and convince the customer to do an exchange instead (their wording is really tricky), they say "we will offer you "an immediate $10 refund plus an exchange jacket of your ************* plus a pre-paid return label. If you don't select this and proceed with the full refund option, the wording is different implying the customer would have to cover cost of shipping through a carrier of their choice. I foolishly selected the exchange option for a different jacket as I'm sure many unfortunately have. The following morning I got a notification that my exchange was approved and they are telling me I must pay for return shipping for my original jacket. I am not. This is a scam and you're taking advantage of customers.I want to return this jacket and have my refund issued. I'm not returning it because I just didn't like it. I was sold an unseen jacket that is defective and a completely different size and fit. The *********** are ridiculous. You also state on your site that you're BBB accredited. I purchased 6 leather coats at a charge of $1079.00. I went to the sizing chart to make sure that I get the right size best size is a 44 so I chose the three XL but when I spoke to them to verify the size she told me that they build the jackets a little bit larger anyway for extra room so I asked her to drop it down to am XL.I had done this way before where they were prepared to ship I got my first jacket today its a three XL not anything that I asked to be sent to me upon that order my entire body will fit inside just one jacket I cannot wear it and its a waste of my money I sent them several emails to get them to respond to me about changing the order I did it over emails and they sent me order verification to make sure that I was still one of the jackets I said yes I just need to get the size corrected and now theyre starting to send me the jackets I have not received two they are both huge on me theres no way that I can wear them and they will no longer respond to me when Im asking them to change the size on all of the remaining five jackets that Ive ordered to a large . If theres anything you can do to help me get this done because they wont speak to me anymore and *** had a lot of money tied ** in this but I want the jackets. When you receive the jackets theres nothing in them that says returning the item so I cant even send them back because I dont know where they come from theres no phone number attached to the information that I have found and theres no phone number on any of the bill of ladings that are on my boxes when I receive them. So my ability to read get a hold of them to correct this order person to person is not available. I want my jackets I was very careful to order exactly what I wanted and I thought I had covered all my bases we emailed back-and-forth for weeks but now theyve gone back to the original order not excepting any the corrections that I had asked them to make so I have a pile of leather I cant wear.Business Response

I ordered a jacket on Feb 25, 2023. I was contacted by the company the day after to confirm my size, and upon consideration I asked them to size up. I was asked to confirm the change, then zero responses afterward. I tried calling, emailing every day, and the order on their website still shows the previous size and no movement -- but they happily charged me anyway. I am not sure I can even get a refund for a product that never even shipped, because their "cancel order" page doesn't exist. Considering how hard it has been to get a response to my emails and calls, it's likely they will not do anything, and I'll be out $208 for nothing.
