    I never received the confirmation email and when I wrote to the company. The Gecko custom website said it would get back to me in ***** hours. I wrote an email on 12/13 and now its 12/18. They took the money out of my account and clearly do not plan to send the shirt I ordered. That is stealing and I plan to report them to my bank for stealing today.

    Zero stars. Terrible quality. I would not put these clothes on my dog. They refused to return my merchandise. Do not do business with them.

    I ordered an item online and paid through ******. The item never arrived and the status said, "delivery attempted." This was not true as I live in a suburban home and all items are simply left at our door. This item did not require a signature. I have asked for a refund with no luck. I will never order again from this complany.

    I bought a Custom RV Matt * feet by 9 feet and it took a month to get it and totally disappointed in the quality for over $ 100. Took so long to get it I doubt I will get a refund anytime soon. Not worth half what I paid for it. I thought it would be cool, but I learned a big ****** that you need to read the reviews first, or you end up with a piece of c***

    Ordered from here one time in 2022 shortly after they first opened and were spamming social media ads continuously. The shirt was actually nice. I gave it as a gift and the recipient still wears it to this day. I ordered another shirt a couple weeks ago for an upcoming birthday and it was printed on an XL size, when I had ordered a size L. I reached out to customer service asking to exchange the shirt and they said theyd be happy to if I could provide images of the shirt with a measuring tape to ensure its the wrong size, they provided me their sizing chart as well. I sent photos and the shirt clearly measures the same size as an XL on their chart. The customer service *** argued it measures a size large and resent me their size chart for assurance, to which I ***lied with the current shirt placed under The previous order for size comparison and pointed out the clear difference between the previously ordered size L and the new one that came in. Customer service said the new order is in fact a size L, despite clear proof it is not. But she graciously said id only have to pay 1/2 price for the ***lacement shirt they misprinted in the first place.

    I wish I can give this company negative stars. I had placed an order for customized whiskey glass and a customizable Father's *** card with this merchant on 5/30/24. When I finally received the order on 6/14/24 after so much anticipation, it was a major disappointment. The image on the glass was not at all what I had ordered/anticipated. It was also totally different from what they showed me in the preview proof. It came engraved/etched in a smudgy white color on a glass, you can't even see the image. The original order was a colored image and the preview proof for printing approval that they showed was also a colored image. What I got was a smudged white etching with some coded digits in place of a heart emoji. The glass's quality is flimsy as well. The order did not consist of the other item- the customizable Father's day card. After inquiring about it a multiple times and with no response, I filed a dispute with my cc company. At that point, they provided the information about the card been delivered. This was another shock to me; as the card the merchant mentioned was a random one that was delivered from ******, totally different than what I had originally ordered and with no name of the sender. It was delivered in amazon packaging and was way cheaper than what I paid to GeckoCustom. Totally different product!!!!I had emails going back n forth requesting refund to no avail. This merchant is running a shady business; both the items that I received are totally different from what I ordered and really bad quality. I am hoping to dispute this and get my money back. This business needs to be closed down.

    I ordered a pair of slippers on June 8, 2024. I am still waiting for my slippers to arrive. Supposedly, the item is at a local carrier on June 23, 2024. I have been offered twice to have the slippers sent again, but I have received no confirmation that the slippers were made and sent again. One offer was made July 5, 2024 and one offer was made July 16, 2024. The company claimed that it had the wrong address, but it never contacted me until I sent an email to customer service inquiring about the missing package. I did send them the correct address. The mail carrier could have figured out that the apartment number was listed on a separate line, but I guess not. Then, the customer service representatives sent mixed messages; one said that they would track the package down and the other said that they were would send another replacement item. I am still waiting for the slippers that were supposed to be a Father's *** gift. There is no communication unless I reach out in multiple ways and multiple times. There is no phone where someone can be reached. Will I ever get the item paid for? Will I ever be refunded the money of $36.99? What a headache! I have spent literally hours communicating with Gecko Custom. It is starting to smell like a TOTAL SCAM.
