    I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online on May 24th, totaling $87. Though the site said the shoe sizes run small, the shoes I received ran a size up and were too large. I contacted customer service via email within the ****** return window to get a return shipping label as I had discarded my original packaging. There is no info anywhere online regarding where to send returns -- only general return info with no customer service phone number. I would've covered the cost of shipping myself had I been able to find a return address online, but I couldn't find anything and the customer service agent stopped responding to my inquiries after the initial exchange and the assurance that they had requested the label from the warehouse.

    Gola USA is a shoe company. I purchased $215 worth of goods. The merchandise was not sized the same as my previous purchases so I initiated a return within the 30 days the company allows. The company provides the retrun label so I used their preferred shipping method.I never recieved my refund and reached out to the company customer relations email (there is no phone numer or any other way of contatcting the business).The service reps would often respond that they need to send my request to a manager or not respond to my eamil at all for weeks on end. After repeated requests for inforamtion they finally responded that because my final email regarding the status of my refund was wafter the 30 day window they must disregard it and can not provide a refund. Obviously this is not in the terms and conditions as it no where states that you must inquire about your refund status within 30 days. I would simply like my 215 dollars returned as soon as possible after weeks of trying to cordially resolve this with the business.

    I placed an order online on Gola's website on 3/31/23; my order was dispatched on 4/5/23. My credit card was charged $250.00. I returned the items on 4/24/23 via **** *** delivered the items to Gola on 5/1/23.I reached out to Gola on 5/6/23 and did not receive a response until 5/11 informing me that they had not received my return yet. I replied to Gola on 5/12/23 & provided a pix of the proof of delivery from *** & the tracking #.I followed up with another email to Gola on 5/16/23 to request an ********************** have not received a response to date. Gola's return policy states that customers should "allow up to 14 days for the return to be processed and any refund to be issued".Customers can only contact Gola via email as no phone # is available on their website. I returned their product, and I simply want my refund of $240.00 since I payed a $10 fee for delivery. Tracking #******************

    Seeking refund of $290.00 for three items returned via *** tracking # ****************** on February 28, 2023. *** tracking shows the box was delivered on March 3, 2023, signed by ******* at their ****** BAY, ** warehouse. I used the free return shipping label included with my order. I emailed Gola's customer inquiry ************************************************* on March 16, March 22, March 22 and March 26. They claim the box was not received - please see attachments.

    I disputed the charge with my credit card company and a credit was finally issued on April 17th. At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding Gola has been resolved. Thank you for your assistance.

    I returned my order (*****) on 1/19 & have the *** copy where an employee signed for the package. As of today, 1/18 I still have no credit for my purchase & keep getting the same reply on my email. They have a 15 day return policy & have had my return 30 days.

    I ordered womens tennis shoes from this company **** ******* on September 19 they gave me an order number of *****. I tried for quite a while to return the shoes as they did not fit finally on September 27 they sent me a return label the tracking number was **************************. They received the shoes back on 10/3/22 I have sent them seven emails to try to get my order refunded they owe me $62.50 and to date they still have not even sent me an email regarding this.
