    Minus Star rating Bought a 2 pack of mens shorts through Groupon from Harvic Intl. He tried them on only to be an inch and half too small in waist. (All his others are this size)Emailed three times through the Groupon link to ask how to contact Harvic. As stated on Groupon, returns must be handled by Harvic. No answer has been received. This does not bode well for Groupon purchasing as well as Harvic.

    Hello, We cannot and do not control returns or orders place on Groupon. it is their marketplace and they are responsible for their customer service. We do things at Groupon's discretions. We are not authorized to make refunds or returns on their behalf (and we cannot even do so)

    This item is sold through the Harvic International LTD operated by Harvic International LTD.The merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the fulfillment, delivery, returns, care, quality, and pricing information of the advertised goods and services.The product is new.Product eligible for free returns within 30 days if in new/unused condition.This is the message that is recieved when you order from geoupon upon orders.. who should be responsible becauae it seems no one is taking responsibility?

    I have order the 2-pack Chino shorts via groupon deal for size 34 from the merchant Harvic International. I received wrong size, size 38, and due to the fact that any issues with shipment is dealt with by getting ahold of merchant and not groupon. I have done just that at first via chat services on their website, waited 30 minutes with no response. There was no information on calling Harvic International customer support therefore was left to search a way to contact via BBB. Contacted Harvic International via phone and was told they were resending the correct size along with a return label to send the wrong size set back. It has been more than 2 weeks now and no shipment received. If there is a way to place a no-star review then I would but seems to me there is an issue with this Harvic International not fulfilling their paid customers complaints.

    Hello, This dispute the customer has is a valid dispute. However, it should not be aimed at Galaxybyharvic. This customer *********** having a problem with our goods that are shipping through groupon goods. Harvic internation **** is a wholesale textile importer, in no way do we have to do with groupon misshipping or mishandling an order. We feel like we are falsely being targeted.

    I purchased 3 pairs of shorts online through the ******* site from this company. Jun 26, 2023 | Order | Total $44.42 I received only 1 pair of shorts. I have contacted both ******* and this company several times but they have never answered me. in each e-mail message I am told they have 48 hours.     Firstly I , was lured in by a fantastic Groupon for 8 $ on what appeared to be nice Chino pants, I put three pairs in my basket, and did nothing else! The screen closed out . That was Thursday 2pm PST. This Company would have be CLOSED FOR THE **** On The following Sunday April 2, My bank informed me that 44$ was missing from my accountI called Grouponthey said it had already shipped, however1. It wasSunday 2. The order was showing on the website as not processed in other words, IT HAD NOT SHIPPED AS J WAS TOLD, ******* was not able to change anything, the connected me to the merchant.Who didnt response until 2 days later with prewritten message that offered no service just theyve shipped now you have to wait to return ***** would receive this message a total of 16 times in a week! I only reached out to Havric twice.I sent the entire story to ****** twice for my email to be ignored.This is a case where the purchases were not purposeful! I excepted support and at least empathy what I got was forced ******* made clothes, to return, then wait for Havric to refund them, then my bank to put it back in my account!It has been exactly two weeks! I called Havric today and the supposed highest person told me I ll get my return label whenever they can get around to sending it!This is a disgusting way to treat people especially in this world that is already hurting,
