    I had a similar experience where my recent order went unfulfilled. I emailed customer service as well as one of the principles whose info I found online. He actually responded to my email and informed me that their inventory has been backed up but they will be stocked up and sending orders out shortly. Lets see!

    After years of good service this company wont answer its phone or return emails. My daughter has been waiting two months for her product. I was waiting 1 month before I sought PayPal resolution. They continue to advertise and accept orders. This should be illegal. They seem to be scamming their customers now.

    Placed an order over a month ago and never received it. Followed up repeatedly by email and phone and by using the company's chatbot. Never received a proper response - just generic statements sent to all customers. VERY concerned to see that they are now soliciting new orders. It's a shame because the products used to be decent.

    Never received my order. No answers to emails or calls. Can't cancel the order (there is no such option on the website). Had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Highly disappointed as I was a happy customer for years.

    Like other customers who have submitted reviews, my credit card was charged over 6 weeks ago for my monthly subscription - subsequent attempts at communication have been numerous, and unsuccessful. Dozens of customer comments are on their social media pages from people who have had similar experiences - some commenters even report that Highline Wellness had previously deleted their comments calling attention to these issues. Ironically, they are still sending marketing emails to those on their mailing lists while ignoring inquiries from existing customers who want to know where their orders are. Very disappointing and unethical behavior from a company that I used to recommend to friends. Either ship the products or refund, don't hold our money hostage - much less with ZERO communication.

    I've been a customer of ******************** since Jan 2020 and have been a subscriber since May 2020. As of August 2023, they charged me for my reoccurring order, but never shipped it. I've contacted them via email four times, via phone and voice message once, via live chat twice and through social media - and not once did I receive a reply. In fact, others on social media have complained about the same issue stating the company has charged them for products not received and when they inquired about it, the company is deleting their comments/questions.Unfortunately, this is a company that cannot be trusted any longer and customers should avoid making purchases.
