    This fake business kept asking me for more money and was telling me that they where on there way while continueing to ask for me to send more money for the survise. I send $350 thru Zelle and then I send $ 350 thru apple pay. They never showed up while they continued asking for more *****. Bottom line my daughter did not have her birthday party in the inflatable Rental party. It was a scam...

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by KidBox.com, Inc. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

     I was text by this number ************ on June 21 asking me to give him personal information to return my $700. But I know it's a scam so I'm not giving personal information anymore.

    #********* Is my daughters order number. The invoice is **********. My account was charged $60.64 on March 25, 2022. I received another childs box. I emailed them about the issue and I returned the box and requested a refund. I still havent heard anything back and its been 6 months. And now they have som assignment going on where we cannot contact them at all.

    I would like to cancel my subscription I have reached out and no one responses and apart from that the phone number provided here for Kidbox ************** is an **** number which to me is a scam ! no real number provided and if you don't believe me try it. this company will get a bad review and I will make sure I get to the bottom of this scam. Cancel my subscription so I don't have to go to a lawyer.

    Date purchased online ORDER#*********** I ordered the shows for my diabetic grandmother who was looking forward to these shoes because they are orthopedic on September 3, 2021. On the 7th of September they sent me a notification stating the shows were on the way. By the 22nd, they (****) sent another notification telling me my shoes were shipped to Queens ** with a tracking number. My grandmother stays in a cottage in ***** and the address they gave me was for their front door number. The *** guy could have dropped the package off at the front office since it's a retirement community. Next day they send me another email apologizing that they sent it to Queens. Keep in mind the package was sent from ***** address so not understanding why they decided to send to Queens. On the 24th they sent me another email with the same message from **** with a tracking number, but I had to go into a **** store in order to get assistance. I waited to see if they would respond and they never did so I sent another email asking to have it resent back to the original sender which is myself. Then 11/16 another lady name *********, and she sent me an email saying that I could get my package back, but pay for reshipping. They never said that. I responded saying on the 22nd of Nov that they could have sent the shoes back to my physical address or they could have emailed me saying the address was invalid before they shipped it Queens **. I then got frustrated at this time and sent another follow up on 12/4, 4/14/22 6/2/22 and no response since. I offered to pay for the reshipping, but now I'm being ignored. I need to either be refunded. I've now read reviews from this company and their rating score is a 1. The name of the company is Pixie Closet. Their quality of shoes are not great. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

    I signed up for Kidbox and after receiving a box I decided the clothing wasnt what I expected so I tried to cancel for future boxes. The only actual way you can cancel is to send them an email. I did this on 12/6/2021 and received an automatic email reply saying someone would get back to me. Still waiting and still have an active subscription. I try to skip as many as I can and lowered the option to the basic level but I did forget to skip once and have been charged. There is no other way to get ahold of anyone and I do not want this subscription, its a trap.

    Kidbox will not cancel my account and I dont want to be billed for upcoming subscriptions. I have emailed them multiple times to cancel and have not received any replies. When I log into my account, it still shows I still have active subscriptions that are set to ship out at multiple times throughout the rest of the year.
