      On March 27, 2024, I placed an order with KidRobot (Order #*********) for Hello Kitty ***** Monsters 3" Collectible Vinyl Figures. My credit card was charged $23.92 on the date the order was placed. I received a confirmation email detailing the purchase, which I have attached to this message.On April 8, ten days after ordering, I had not received any information about shipping. I reached out to KidRobot to inquire about the order status, and received an email informing me that, "Our warehouse is working hard to have you order shipped as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info when your items leave the warehouse so make sure you whitelist emails from *************!" There was no effort to look into the issue or proactively devise a resolution. On April 13, 2024, 15 days after ordering and being charged, I reached out to KidRobot again to inquire about the status of my order. I never received a response. I have attached the message to this form. As of today, May 1, 2024, over a month after ordering and being charged, I still have not received the item that I ordered. My emails continue to go unanswered. As of today

      I purchased a DHMIS plush for my boyfriend on 12/07/2023. I didnt get anything besides the money taken out of my account. Of course theres a no refund policy. I just want what I paid for MONTHS AGO or my money back. Ridiculous and unprofessional

      I had made a purchase in July 2023 and the company took the money right away. I had a combination of items including a pre order item which the money was taken prior to shipping. I never received any of the items including pre order items. I have been in communication throughout the year with responses of you have to wait until the 4th quarter October to December 2023. Now January comes and Im not getting my package, and I want my money back. I have never heard of companies to quickly take your money and not send the item in a timely fashion. This company needs to be investigated.

      I pre-ordered a plush that finally arrived after 10 months. Plush was damaged upon arrival. Emailed a representative and they told me I would be receiving a refund if there were no replacements in stock. Returned plush the day that I received it which was over a month ago. I have reached out multiple times with no reply. I just want my money back.

      I ordered a ************ plush from Kidrobot. I specifically ordered the 13in plush and kudrobot sent me an 8in plush instead. The 13in plush is double the price of 8in plush. I have sent them emails, instagram messages, tweeted them, and attempted to call them, but no one has gotten back to me.

      Hello. This is in reference to order # ******. This package was stolen and have reported this matter to my local police **** (report # ************). I have also reached out to Kidrobot on several occasions and have provided plenty of time for a response, which has still not occured from Kidrobot's end. I reached out to inquire about finding a solution for the crime that has occurred. I have also sent video proof of the crime to Kidrobt. At this time I would like to resolve this matter with a refund. Thank you.

      I purchased a Hello Kitty ****** stuffed animal on July 20, 2023, inside the ************* in *********. This item cost me nearly $60.00 first and foremost. The cost didn't matter to me because I am a huge Hello Kitty collector. There was only one remaining so I jumped at the opportunity to purchase this item. The ****** Zodiac is from June 21 through July 22. The tag attached to this item is wrong! It has July 21 to July 22. I contacted the company and asked for them to send me the correct label. The company informed me that they did not have the correct label and that I would need to return to the business for a refund. My problem with that is the company sent this defective product to the retailer and they want the retailer to solve the problem when it's not the retailers issue. Kidrobot attached the wrong label to the product and they refuse to fix the defective product. I contacted the Kidrobot directly and they told me that there wasn't anything that they could do. That does not work for me. A favorable solution would be for them to send me the correct ****** label with the correct dates OR send me new Hello Kitty ****** stuffed animal with the correct dates attached to the product.

      I ordered 4 items on 7/24/23 and my order was delivered 8/1/23 however I was missing one item. Ive emailed the company many times and all they say is that my replacement has been ordered and Ill receive a shipping confirmation once it ships but I have not received my item or an email.

      On April 20,2023 I ordered 4 items from Kidrobot online. I have received no shipping details and I have reached out to the customer service twice. I was given an automated response both times. As of today May 8, **************************************************** the products. The items totaled $52.35 and the order number is #******-KR
