      I ordered a Shadow plush on April 17, 2023. I paid $28.87, shipping and handling included. This item was not marked pre-order when purchased. On April 25, 2023 I contacted Kidrobot in regards to my order only to be told on April 26, 2023 *** ***** *** *** ********** ** ***** ***** ** ****** **** ***** ** ** ******** ***** ***** **** **** ********************** This item still has not shipped as of May 3, 2023 and any attempt to contact them again has been ignored by the company.

      On 25 March, I placed an order for 2 WizKids Dungeons and Dragons Honor Among Thieves Phunny Plushes because they were advertised as "in-stock and waiting to ship". The order was confirmed and payment went through on the 25th. By the 29th, there had been no change to my order's status. Hoping to have these toys prior the release of the film they promoted, I contacted them to ask that if my order was not going to be processed in a timely manner, than it be cancelled. I was then informed that customer service, and I quote, "will not modify, apply discounts, cancel, or reroute any orders". This begs the question as to why they bother to have a customer service branch to begin with, as these are the single most common issues customers for an online store will have.In short, I bought things that were falsely advertised in regards to how quickly they would be shipped. When I confronted the company regarding that fact, they cited their, frankly, predatory customer service policy as reason to not honor their own advertisement.

      Placed Order# ****** on 1/14/23 for a total of $43.97. The items were a Minions Stuart ***** and Deadpool Valentines *****. On 1/16 I received an email that both items had been shipped. When the package arrived, only one item was in the box. Per the packing slip, they only sent one of the items. I have sent multiple emails and messages on ******** and Instagram, asking for an update on the item that was not shipped, and they will not respond. I would like the item I paid for, immediately, or I would like my money back. I will be reporting the transaction as fraud with my financial institute if they do not comply. I have attached an image of the packing slip showing that they only sent one item.

      i ordered 3 items on 12/19/22 for a total of $37.77 the website said that i would get sent a tracking number once the order is processed which should take **** business days its is now 1/3/23 and i still havent received and email. I emailed them asking about my order twice now and they just keep sending an automated response that provides no help whatsoever. In that email they sent they said that a customer service rep would get to me which they never did. order number is ******

      Ordered Nov. 27th and haven't heard much back other than what I ordered is no longer in stock and would like to switch it. Over $600 so I would get the $150 store credit and not even going to get my order at this point or a refund. Should have been here by Christmas but no idea what's even going on. Wish I would have checked the BBB first and all the bad reviews.

      I placed an order in September. It still has not shipped. I have been inquiring for the past couple of weeks for an estimated ship date and was never provided a straight answer. I asked to cancel the order since it still has not shipped and was told that they don't process refunds and cancellations for ANY orders.

      I ordered an item from this merchant mid May 2022. I never received my item. I filed a complaint with ***** over three weeks ago and they could not locate my parcel. I was told I would be contacted by the warehouse in regards to a replacement . Its been two weeks and Ive heard little to no response from customer service. I asked about a refund and they have yet to respond to my email regarding my request. I no infer want this item as it was a birthday gift that has since passed. I am seeking a full refund.

      I originally placed an order on 4/12/2022 for 6 Items. Two were pre-orders and it appears that the remaining items were in stock. One pre-order was canceled on 5/10/2022 and the second pre-order was canceled on 5/12/2022. The preorder orders were not canceled by me they were canceled by the company as they were not going to be made. I have reached out multiple times in regards to my remaining items. I did receive one item and it actually arrived fairly quickly. I have spoken to customer service, the email address that is listed on their website, multiple times explaining my situation regarding the pre-orders being canceled and questioning when my remaining items are going to ship. I keep getting the same response that my items will ship when the pre-order is available for shipping. Ive even attached a copy of their email showing that the item had been canceled from their company. both times when I have sent the email attachment showing the item being canceled and re-questioning where my remaining items are I no longer receive a response from the company. It has now been almost 2 months since I placed my original order. According to their shipping policy and procedure that is listed on their website in stock items shipped between 5 to 10 business days however I am definitely pass that window. There is no customer service number listed on their website to physically speak with a representative. I continue to email the address listed however again nobody responds when I continue to question where my items are and why I have not been refunded for an item that is no longer going to exist.

      Ordered a product from the website february 2 2022 and still have not received my item as of may 12 2022. However, they did take the money the day I ordered. Have contacted several times. The first time they said they had shipping delays but now they dont even respond. Pretty sure this company is just scamming people at this point. Ridiculous. It was suppose to be a birthday gift but now I really just want my money back
