I ordered 2 dresses (2 sizes same dress). They took 1.5 months to arrive. They didnt seem to look like the picture and looked terrible on me. I wanted a refund for the cost of the dresses 70+tax. I ordered a dress from online company Klynu for $50 which included shipping. The dress does not fit well so I contacted them for return and shipping instructions. They told me to keep the dress and they would refund me $11, then $23 and then $28 and I would absorb the cost for shipping. I just want my $50 back. The website does not state that they dont accept returns only that the shipping label has to be authorized.Initial Complaint

I ordered some clothes from Klynu Clothing online and the clothing is terrible. The poor quality, color and material is not what was shown in the photos. When I asked to return the clothing for a full refund, they offered me a $15 refund, I spent $132.27! How can I get a refund? Also, how is this company allowed to sell in the **?Initial Complaint

I would like to contact **************** about a return. I have not been able to reach these people after several attempts, following their instructions. Attn: Better Business Bureau,Good afternoon my name is *************************** and I am writing to complain about my experience with a purchase at Klynu. I placed an order online on April 7th 2023 for a blouse and a dress, I wasnt given a confirmation email so three weeks later ( April 26th) I inquired about my order and said if it hasnt shipped please just cancel the order, I was annoyed that I was never sent an confirmation email. On 5/1/2023 I received an email asking when I placed the order and for a order number. On May 4th I was sent an email asking for more time as one item was ready and one item wasnt. At this time again I said no thank you please just cancel the order. I then received an email on May 6th saying due to some reasons the processing time was delayed and my order was just shipped even though I had asked twice to cancel the order. I sent back that I had asked to have it cancel and was told it was already sent and they sent me a **** form saying currently Awaiting Package. I finally receive the package on 5/16/2023 and the dress is way too big and the blouse was not as described so I asked for a return I didnt receive a response so I asked again on 5/19/2023 They asked me why I was returning and I told them and I even said they could keep the shipping cost I had also filed a complaint with Paypal and they sent me back an email on 5/23/2023 saying they had given me a refund to give it a few days, I did also ask for return instructions which I have never received. I received an email on 5/24/203 that said **** ******** ** ******* *** ****** *** *** ****** ****** ** ******* ****** ****** *** *************** *** **** **** ****** *** **** ******* ** ** *** *** *** ******* ***** *** At this time paypal closed the case because I did finally receive the merchandise. So I told them that the case had been closed and I wanted a refund minus shipping and please send return instructions and I let them know that I would be contacting the BBB. So on 6/1/2023 I received and email telling me that they gave me a refund and to give it a few days, I did and never received a refund I did reach out again and they said again that there system failed.I have attached all the email correspondence and I am aware that I will never see a dime of the $92.87 but I felt that I did indeed need to complain. The items hadnt shipped and they could have just cancelled the order but instead lied and said it was shipped when it wasnt. I was concerned when I didnt receive the order confirmation and with good reason as it turned out. I am not one to complain but felt their threating manner needed to be reported. This began with an order for 7 dresses on March 7th for a purchase price of $303.After finally receiving my order on March 31st, I tried to return 3 of the dresses, like I would to any other normal store which has a 30 day return policy, which this store advertised. They would not accept the return but offered me $66 after haggling with them for days. After wearing me down and deciding my time was not worth the hassle, I acquiesced.Then after wearing two of the dresses I actually liked, they were of such poor quality when I washed them, they both became unwearable again (picture included that I sent to them and their response)I still have two dresses I have not washed yet because I am afraid I will never be able to wear them again either.I would like to now return all seven dresses and receive a full refund and have them word their misleading return policy to match their true return policy.Also their advertising lists a ************** businessbut I see here a NY address.Customer Answer

2/24/23. Ordered a shirt from *********. Received order confirmation. 3/1/23. Received shipping notification with a different order No. and **** No. 3/20/23 Received another tracking information. None of the tracking links exist. The **** no. doesnt find anything. On the Klynu website I entered the order nos. And got no response. The Contact ** link was inoperable. I tried searching service.********* and got pages of results only one of which went back to Klynu. ******** there took me back to where I had tried all the previous actions. I ordered clothing from this company and the sizing was completely off. I attempted to exchange and return the items and their response was to try and negotiate a price and me keep everything and they send new items that I wanted exchanged. The stipulation was that I pay for shipment upfront through a suspicious method. After multiple emails I became frustrated and distrustful of the company and decided to return everything and get a full refund. I mailed the items back 6 weeks ago, and still no reimbursement from them. Also no response when I reached out for status of the refund. They are a scam company.Customer Answer

Inordered two dresses online from the site that says made in *** ************** and 100% refunds within 30 days. The dresses came and one that looked like a beautiful embroidered linen dress on the advertisement was see thru thin as a pillowcase with blurry sublimation printing on it not an embroidered design. The other dress said chambray and came and is a strech polyester and the seams were all seperating. I called for refund address and after asking multiple times they sent an email saying the cost to return is too high and offered me $25. I paid $81.65. I want my money back in full, these dresses are unwearable and subpar. I filed a claim with paypal and then the company offered me $35 then $41. I need a full refund annd just want to return the dresses and now they are ghosting me.
