    Online looking at products started to order the tablets thought I was ordering it for ***** but when I got to end it said it would take for Lifetime Keto Gummies (5 Bottles) > Order Total:> $198.78. On Jan 2, and 13 sent email to cancel order. They sent back a order confirmation stating ordered on 1/1/23. On Jan 15 ************************** sent an email stating "Give us more time to complete the shipment due to unprecedented package increase and decreases employment are affected by delays" On Jan 20 I replied "I want my refund." On Jan 23 they replied "Unfortunately your order was already shipped, we are not able to cancel it and process a full amount". On Jan 27 I replied "I refused your product I will return it and I want a refund of money" On Jan 31 they replied" Any packages marked "refused, cancel or return to sender without the *** no. will not be processed as a refund.and also stated the can refund 100 of my money. I sent on January 31 *** ************************ and refused the 100 I want all 198.They sent back email stating "Your item was delivered to the front desk, reception area, or mail room at 2:24 pm on January 30, 2023 in ************************. I replied "I would like my money". Care replied, "We do not see an *** being issued to you for the return. Unfortunately, if you did not request a return and you were not provided with an *** number, then our warehouse team will discard the package". I replied "You just said you have it". Feb. 9 They replied, "Nevertheless, we can still offer a one-time courtesy refund of $100 for the Lifetime Keto Gummies to be back in your account. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the offer". I replied I want my money. Feb. 9 They replied, again the product was delivered to the front desk. I called on Feb24 at about ****. talked to a **** who just **** saying, Will you did not have an *** no. so we do not refund with out it. In the email it is clear they received the package.

    On 1/16/2023 I ordered Keto Gummies from this company. I cancelled the order via email to [email protected] as I decided with my current medical issue I shouldn't use this product. I was told the item had shipped which is false as I have been checking the USPS Tracking website and it has not shipped as of today, 1/27/2023. I want a full refund of $198.78, which was deducted from my Checking Account on 1/17/2023. since it has not been shipped. Thank you, *************************
