Ordered 2 dresses on 9/6/23 and returned them on 9/18/23, *** tracking shows they received them back on 9/21/23. I have place order for cloths which I was planing to gift someone for birthday. I paid **** shipping and *************************** website said package be delivered in 4-7 business days. I has been more than 7 days I did not got my package. I contacted customer support they do not even respond my query. Attach is chat conversation. Support is completely useless they do not respond at all.I want my shipping money back.Customer response

I placed an online order with Lord and Taylor for $84 on December 15th 2023. I paid extra for 2 to 3 day shipping. As of date I have not received my order. Lord and Taylor has stopped responding to me and I can't place a stop payment on the order as it was paid for. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. I feel like I have been scammedInitial Complaint

I ordered a dress from Lord and Taylor online #********* on 10/7. I returned the dress and it was received. back to Lord and Taylor on 10/27/23, I have *** proof of receipt. They keep telling me (if they respond) that this has been escalated and they are waiting on a response from their warehouse. Their refund policy is **** business days after return is received and inspected, this has been over 50 days. There is no listed working phone # to contact but I am due a refund fo the $627.86 (dress was $578.00, taxes $49.86). Can you please investigate? On November 23, 2023, i ordered a "pre-loved" used vintage ***************** for a total of $1,230.50. I didn't think anything of it because L&T is (I thought) a reputable Company. It was on sale for the black Friday weekend and was so excited to get this beautiful bag. They supposedly verify the authenticity of the bags. Other stores like Saks are selling these lightly used bags so i didnt think anything would go wrong. I got my supposed bag in the mail and when I opened the package it was the wrong bag!!! how can they mix up on such an expensive sale? what I received was a "Louis ******** that looks nothing like the one I ordered! It does not have the LV stamp on the inside like the other LV bag I own so I honestly don't think it's even real though it has the authentication labels on it. even if it is real I don't trust this company anymore! I would rather go elsewhere to buy my bag. I've written to them multiple times and all I want is a return label and refund and it takes them forever to respond. I want to return the wrong item I received and get my money back!! I already disputed the charge with my CC company but this is ridiculous. How is this company allowed to still be up and functioning? Now on the BBB site I see all the similar complaints. How do I know that they will refund me once I return it? From reading another complaint the person has been waiting months for their return. Why are they able to do this!? They're scamming people out of their hard-earned money! I asked for someone to call me and nothing!!! How can a company not have any phone representatives? And how are they emailing me that they called me and spoke to me about the issue!? This is very upsetting and frustrating because it is a lot of money they are trying to steal from me!! I just want to return this item and get my money back!! how is this so difficult? This is emotionally drainingInitial Complaint

On November 28, 2022 I purchased a ***** Mini Horsebit **** bag from what I believed to be a reputable seller as the item was priced close to the retail of the handbag. Upon recent news that states Lord and Taylor was being sued by ***** for selling counterfeit items I decided to check on the authenticity of my handbag. It was reviewed and determined not to be authentic which is a scam because I was purchasing what claimed to be an authentic handbag. This is a scam and I want a refund.Initial Complaint

I have had a terrible experience with Lord & Taylor customer service in trying to retrieve a gift card that allegedly was sent to my email address, **************************** and never received. In particular, the representative named ********* SB and now a representative named ***** have repeatedly ignored my emails and failed to address the problem. They have now stopped responding completely. This is unacceptable. Their responses have me convinced that they are robots as they do not address the problem - no gift card was received. Order No. ********* Gift Card ending in: **** Refund amount: $567.13 Email ID: *************************** This gift card NEVER arrived in my email. I ordered 2 dresses on 10/20 & did not receive them until 10/28. The invoice nor my order stated a return by date. I decided on 1 dress & wanted to return the other. The invoice stated that the was a return label affixed yet there was not. It took me a couple of days to figure out how to request a refund on their website. Once I emailed the request to them on 11/10 they informed me that the return window had ended the day before. You cant speak to ************* purposely make it difficult to contact them so that they dont have to refund customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Initial Complaint

I have been waiting for over 2 months for my refund. Lord and Taylor sent receipt of return on 9/26 (attached). After waiting several weeks for my refund, I sent numerous emails (attached) to customer service and was on several chats. There is no customer service phone number. They constantly tell me that they are escalating the matter and still no refund as of today, 11/25.Customer response
