I purchased a dress for 598 dollars. I have not worn or removed tags from this dress. It was for a wedding I was in and I was later told it did not fit with the other bridesmaids.I reached out August 29th via email after two days of difficulties with their website about help processing my return. They do not have a phone customer service line. The policy is 30 days from the shipping date. It arrived August 4th. I have an email on July 29th that states it was shipped on that date. My email yesterday. AUGUST 29th from them said that my order is not eligible for a return. It was. I am a nursing student and not only need, but I am entitled to this money.Thank you for all and any help you can provide Attached is screen shots with dates, order numbers. They are of july 29th the confirmed shipment date, August 4fh my delivery date, and August 29th, their denial of my return request, and the receipt of the purchase. I made a purchase on Lord & Taylor online store. I made purchase and have the receipt. No where does it say no returns or final sale. I want to return the items because they are all too large and they will not refund saying they are on final sale.When I purchased them it did not state that or I would have not purchased.Customer response

I ordered 2 dresses from Lord & Taylor on 2/1/22 and when they arrived one of the dresses was not as shown in the picture on their website. I emailed customer service and was sent a return label for the dress that was not as shown. Upon returning the dress in question, I also returned the second dress in the order. I did not break the order up in to 2 shipments because It was one purchase order. This business does not have a customer service phone number, I included a note of explanation in the return package with the dresses. The note explanation included contact information, purchase information and anything else I could think of they might need to complete the return. On 2/24/ *************************************************************************************************************************************** the order. The order # is order ********* and I am owed a refund of $56.16 ($54 & $2.16 tax) for a Halter Back Cutout Bodycon Bandage Dress size 3X. I have emailed Lord & Taylor on 3/8/22, 3/28/22, 5/1/22. Each time i am told they will look into the matter and get back to me. The last time on 5/1 I told I would have an answer in 2-5 business days, that was almost 2 weeks ago.Customer response

My husband purchased 2 Christmas gifts for me from this store. Order #s are: ********* (purchase order ******) and ********* (purchase order *******). Neither item fits and we want to return so he (***** ******) can be properly credited for the items. We have tried live chat which just leaves you hanging; no one responds to help. When attempting to call, it is automated to select from 1 of 2 options. Option 1 - life alert like product; Option 2 - roadside assistance. No customer service to remedy return request is available. I would like to use my Lord&Taylor gift card. My card number is *************. I checked on the website: *******************************************************. But the system showed: GIFT CARD NOT FOUND.I email to <*******************************> and use live chat with agent on 12/07 and 12/09. However, the answer they repiled to me is: Lord & Taylor is now owned by a different company and unfortunately, we do not accept the prior management gift card or merchandise credit. I understand you would like to use your management gift card, however we cannot provide you any alternative suggestion since we do not have any information regarding about your merchandise credit.They do not provide any solution for this problem.Business response
