    I ordered Microsoft Office 2021 Home and Business for Windows PC to get a Lifetime License Key from ********************** STORE. The website is ***************************************. They sent me a link to download the program and was immediately sent the key. I downloaded the program and couldn't install it. I followed the minimal instructions I would like a refund, but the refund policy says no refund once the product is accessed. I called two numbers one of them on this website ************ and another that is on the invoice that I received ************. Both of these numbers are not a working number. At this point, I know this is scam and I'm not waiting my time any longer to look for refund. However, I'm now MOST CONCERNED that I downloaded a virus or a computer scammer that will now hack into anything on my computer. This company needs to be stopped from posting their fake products on the internet and if it's a legitimate company, then they should have a working phone. I initially went to the BBB to see if this is hacking network but it's most of the same, people trying to download this fake program and never getting a refund when it clearly doesn't work.     I ordered Microsoft Windows ******************************** to a link to download the program and sent the key. They hyperlink directed me to a bogus download. I wrote them emails and they sent me the same link to download the home version, but it doesn't work. IT won't even install. I followed their instructions several times exactly as they sent them. IT simply won't install. I wrote them several emails to help get this installed, or refund my money. It's not going to work and they refuse to refund my money. My bad for trusting them... don't go there.

    I ordered Microsoft Office Professional Plus with Lifetime License Key They sent me a link to download the program and sent the key.I downloaded the program and couldn't install it.     Purchased Windows 10 software upgrade for $34.95 and the program used to install the product wouldn't work, and after I read "once customer ATTEMPTS to install the product (note, I haven't done so), NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE" (paraphrased by me.)Company (Microsoft Keys, AKA Microsoft Store) doesn't seem to exist. Contact # rings busy - simply doesn't connect. Email address on site states "unavailable" or something close to that when clicking on it.Attempted to contact customer service (as noted above), but couldn't find a reliable way to do so.The mailing address on the site is merely a fake address which can be purchased through sites such as ***************************** and claims a physical address of *******************************. No such business actually exists there. Actually, LOTS of businesses exist there, but not physically.The company has not acted with integrity, seems not to actually exist, and has no way reliable way to contact them, so I'd like a refund immediately.

    I recently purchased a code from microsoft keys for a downloadable version of windows 10. I was unable to complete the download or use the key. I have been going back and forth with the company support to obtain a refund, but have been unable to come to a resolution. The companies website states "Microsoft Keys strives to provide our customers with superior assistance in regard to our return services. To ensure that our customers are satisfied with the product(s) they order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, if the download wasn't attempted,"I made no attempt to enter my key at any point. I attempted to download the software that allows you to put the key in, but was unsuccessful at that. I should also add that the software is available for free to anyone on the internet. The only thing I paid for was the key, which I made no attempt to use. I just want a refund. I have been going back and forth with customer support to no avail. Date of transaction: August 25, 2022 Money paid to business: $32.99 Company provided a key that I can't/haven't used Nature of dispute: We have been disputing the language of their refund policy. I believe it is unclear what a "download" is in how they have phrased it on the site. The company has so far refused to refund me Order #*****
