They are a scam!!!! Falsely advertising a sailor wide leg **** that is the same stock photo from J.Crew! The jeans came and were thin and looked nothing like the photo- pockets not in same places extremely short, terrible! Tried to get a refund , several days go by and then they offer 7 dollars back saying its too expensive to ship back to *****!!!! I paid 40 not 7.00 so frustrating how are they allowed to do business!!!!Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 pair of pants from them which were delivered on December 24, 2024. I immediately saw that the sizing was incorrect from what Id ordered and I e- mailed them to return the pants. I have now received 8 stock e-mails from them stating they will send me return instructions in 3 days or so. Have never received any instructions. In one message they asked me to send pictures of the pants and the label, which I did do. But every time I contact them again I just get that stock email. I actually found a phone number and tried to call it, but it wasnt a working number.Customer Answer

In December my husband ordered 2 pr of jeans for me for Christmas. They finally arrived around 1/5/25. They were the wrong size. Tried contacting them by phone. The # They gave, ************ is not a good number. Sent email on 1/8/25. Received auto reply telling me to send pics of product with tag. I did. Nothing happened. Sent another email on 1/10/25, again on 1/15/25 & then again today, 1/18/25. No responses at all. I merely want to exchange them. I told them if that wasn't possible, I'd return them for my money back. But they have left me with no choice but to file a complaint!!Initial Complaint

I purchased 5 pairs of jeans on 10/20/24. I received my order on 11/8/24. The jeans do not fit so I emailed my ************ that same day asking for help returning the items I never received a response even after 6 emails. I ordered two pair of jeans from My Comfy Pants on September 15, 2024. They arrived three weeks later on October 10, 2024. The button holes on both pair of jeans were sewn closed. I contacted the customer service on October 11th to begin the refund process and they haven't responded to my email other than an immediate generated response.Customer Answer

I made a purchase with this company and ordered two pairs of pants in the size 4X. First the company represents itself as being in the *************, it is in *****. It took over a month for the items to come to my home. Once I receive the items, the size off the material was inferior and the product was not stated. I have contacted customer service over a dozen times. Response was for me to measure the pants which I did. I sent the photo and Ive still heard no response since that I have sent at least another dozen emails still with no response. This company misrepresents itself as saying it is in the ************* as saying that the product is as stated, and the customer service is horrendous.Initial Complaint

Two months ago I order two pair or pants The jeans I bought are way too big and do not look like the pants in the picture on their website. The other pants are very oddly shaped. To tight at waist and crazy big everywhere else I have tried to return and they want me to keep them - give to a friend and give me back ************************ send it back to ***** which will cost me more than the cost of the pants. I purchased one pair of pants from this company with no issues. I then ordered another pair. I received an email order confirmation and shipping notice, but never an updated tracking number in the **. I later received notice the package was delivered. I never received it. I checked with the ************ They needed a tracking number. I contacted the company explaining I had never received the item, and needed the information to file a claim with the ***** They sent me the number and I reached out to the **** who told me the package was indeed delivered, but not to my address, but to a PO Box in my same zip code. I went to that address, but was unable to get any further info. I contacted the company who told me to get confirmation from the post office about the mix up. They still insisted that the item was delivered even after I sent them the email from the **** stating the address was not mine. I just want a refund for my purchase. They originally said they would refund me, but are now insisting it was delivered.Customer Answer
