  Ordered 2 boxes in February, paid for the premium shipping, waited and waited and waited. Emailed them through their support. Got no answer from them, this is 300 dollars worth of transactions. I am now disputing through my bank, hopefully I get my money back and this business burns to the ground.

  I purchased one of their special $59 electronics boxes on May 16, 2024. Fully understood that not paying the extra $30 meant it could be 45 days, I was fine with that. The progress finally went to packaging, then several days later went to shipping (no tracking #, no notice of it shipping), couple days later, it says they can't ship my order and need to contact the email address they gave me to release it. Have emailed the address twice and only gotten the automated "someone will get back to you shortly" reply. Been over 60 days now, no answers, no products. The real mystery is why I fell for this c***

  Waited weeks for my package. Finally stated it was shipping. After about 2 weeks, it stated it was undeliverable, even though they never said it shipped. It said to email them to get it resolved. Six emails later over more than a week and I still have no response. This site is a scam!

  This is a scam. I paid $59 and this tiny box arrives. I could have gotten the same contents at Temu for less than $10.

  Hello. There are different dimension gift boxes that can get assigned to each order and they are size adjusted to fit your assigned items. We have a lot of different complimentary surprise items that can get added to your order and while I understand you did not get the complimentary surprise items you wanted this time, the facts you state are completely untrue and the value of the complimentary items you received exceeds the value you stated multiple times even if we compare to an uncomparable site like temu. And please note that comparing our gift box with surprise items to individual similar items on temu is not objective as temu specializes in cheap items in all niches and the product you ordered from us has no relation to individual items you can order from temu and is a completely different category product.

  I got an advertisement on ******** for this site. I expected to get some used laptop, smartphone, or other tech, but instead, I got a cheap wireless charger, a breathalyzer, and some stupid remote camera shutter control. I paid extra for delivery, $30.00, and it arrived way after the **** days they quoted for the extra delivery price. For $89.00 I got a bunch of junk. The reviews were obviously fake that led me to buy the stuff.

  Received my box after a month or so. Got a remote camera shutter, a dubious wireless charger and a breathalyzer. My friend who ordered at the same time got the exact same thing. Cost of the items on a Chinese direct wholesaler (Temu).Camera button: $3 Breathalyzer: $10 Wireless Charger: $5 $60 for less than $20 worth of product.

While it's possible to receive the same complimentary items in multiple gift boxes, this will be rare, so we encourage you to order more gift boxes and there will be different items added to each one of them.   The tracking for your product came directly from Shenzen. Whether you are a US based company or not, you're using products from wholesale distributors and the boxes are being packaged there. I found not facsimilies but the exact same product from Temu for the prices above.

  This business is a scam!!! But beware!! I'm pretty sure the reviews that they post on their website are fake. I ordered 3 of their boxes thinking it's at the least get 1 good box, no such luck!! I received pretty much the same cheap things in all 3 boxes. I guestimate that the boxes had maybe $20 worth of plastic junk that you can get in bundle pages at swap meet. Cheap micro USB charging cords, I mean who has as soon that uses micro USB? There was 2 in each box and ear buds that weren't even wireless! The box everything came in was the size of a cell phone box. It was the biggest rip off. This is a warning to everyone so that you don't get scammed like I did. Don't be conned by their reviews on the website. They are not even close to wat you actually get..
