      I have been reaching out to the company for the past two weeks in regards to getting my cam working due to me changing my phone number and signing up with a new number my cam is now telling me I am not the owner I contacted Nexar plenty of times regarding this matter they are no help they actually ignored my messages and told me that they will put in a ticket to the engineer so they can switch the number they also told me that they would get back to me and never have reached out to me I have emailed and message the company and they have yet to resolve my problem. I want this problem resolved as soon as possible this is ridiculous.

      I purchased a dash camera from Nexar and received it in January 2024. Shortly after, in August of 2024 the back of the camera essentially exploded and popped off of the camera, and I was sent a refurbished camera from Nexar, which has never worked properly. I struggled for months to even get the camera to connect, but once I finally had enough and reached out to Nexar, they completely avoided the issue and said it wasnt covered by their one year warranty that covers ALL of their cameras. I was sent a faulty refurbished dash camera from Nexar and instead of making it right with the customer, theyve avoided me, ignored me, and deleted any kind of comments on social media. This company does not appreciate their customers or follow their own policies.

      We purchased a Nexar One camera. It worked for a while, but now doesn't work at all. It won't connect or record. It's essentially a $399 paperweight. There is no phone number to call. The help chat is no more than a virtual assistant that puts you off with sayings like "rest assured we're taking care of you". Those promises aren't actually met with any action. I simply want a new camera or to be refunded.

      I bought a dash cam and I returned it and I got replacement but the replacement not working after trying many times with the customer service and they ignoring my messages now because I need my money back or I need the camera to work

      I purchased two nexarOne cameras from this business, and they both stopped working in October of this year. I have contacted nexar and chatted with their techs, but as of yet, my issues have not been resolved. Initially the techs were trying to help me, but after about four or five days of chatting, they stopped responding, and it has been over a week since I have heard anything about my problem.

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Nexar regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      I have exchanged emails with the business' representatives, but they have not resolved my issue. They seem to be trying to place the blame on me for their products' failures, but I used the them properly and did nothing to cause their failure. To this day, I have not been able to talk to anyone about my issue.

      On July 3, 2024, I purchased the Nexar beam2 Dashcam with Prepaid subscription for a total of $370.04. The order was delivered on July 5, 2024. On the same day, I attempted to set up the dashcam. However, I was having multiple issues with the dashcam. The most important issue was that I was not able to view dashcam footage unless I was connected to the dashcam in the same vehicle. I contacted support multiple times who attempted to give me troubleshooting, but it ultimately did not work. On July 7, 2024, I requested a return label for the item and received it in my email. On July 23, 2024, I dropped off the return package at the local **** office with tracking number **********************. The return package was delivered at the destination address on July 25, 2024. On July 26, 2024, I received an email from Nexar stating that a refund of $370.04 was issued for the return, however, I never received the refund. On September 17, 2024, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and there is currently no update on the status of the dispute. I am requesting a refund of $370.04 to my credit card for the return of the dashcam. Attached is the following images: The first one is the return label Nexar sent me for the return. The second one is the tracking confirmation that it was delivered at their return facility. The third one is an email that I received after it was delivered there that the refund was processed, but I never received one.

      Order #****** October 08, 2023 The camera stopped working within 2 months and now Nexar does not want to be responsible for receiving the camera back so they can inspect it and determine if it is covered by the one year warranty.Contact Nexar so you can expect to receive good customer service, especially when it is not the first time you have purchased from Nexar, but 4 times in the past. In addition to their terrible customer service and that by claiming a product that is 2 months old with a one-year warranty you have to repeat the same steps over and over again 100 times to try to solve a problem with a product that does not work and it does not turn on, they demand that they need to see a video of the product that is not working so that they escalate de issue to different department so they can determine the problem and let you know whether or not it qualifies for a replacement. To diagnose a malfunction of an electrical product, it needs to be checked by a technician specialized in the product, not with a video and wasting time with basic steps such as disconnecting and connecting the product 100 times so that in the end it never turns on. They do not want to receive the camera back to check the problem and obtain the easiest way of a replacement under warranty, I demand a refund of my money that I paid for the product without including the correct professional installation and the time lost in making it. their job of diagnosing the product 100 times without being able to solve the factory problem of the product that was actually a new product and even suddenly used and reconditioned.

      On June 21, 2022, I asked Nexar (via email) to confirm that my phone would communicate properly with their Nexar One dashcam and received word back from them that it was compatible, so I paid Nexar $325.45 for their dashcam on July 6, 2022. It did work properly until they upgraded the camera's firmware one year later.Beginning in August, 2023, Nexar rolled out a firmware update and the camera no longer communicates with my phone. I began communicating with Nexar to get this issue resolved so that I can utilize the camera again and I was told that my phone is not compatible. I pointed out that I had made this purchase only after specifically asking Nexar if my phone was compatible and was told then that it was, so I would like them to allow me to return the camera to them for a refund. Nexar has continued to communicate with me in multiple attempts to resolve the issue, but in the end, they are now telling me that my phone is not compatible and since the camera was purchased more than 30days ago, they will not allow me to return the camera to them for a refund.

      Nexar has acknowledged the facts that they had told me (prior to purchasing their dashcam) that my phone was compatible, and that now it is not.  Nexar offered me some suggestions as to how to resolve this issue of my phone no longer connecting to their camera properly, but none of the suggestions have worked, and Nexar continues to acknowledge that my phone is no longer compatible.  After requesting they allow me to return the camera and provide me with a full refund, Nexar has not and apparently will not offer me an RMA and has told me that they will not offer me any refund on my purchase.

      I purchased a unit and for the past month and 1/2 its not been powering on. I went to the website and went through the steps to troubleshoot, took pictures and submitted them to Nexar. Multiple reps and no real action. Ive purchased 2 units for my vehicles and totally regret it now. They dont stand behind their products and offer no solution other than spend more money. Please dont spend any money with these guys. Poor communication and resolution.
