I purchased merchandise and the company offers a return policy however when I follow the return instructions the webpage does not allow you to return the purchase . The webpage does not give you the option to return . Noracora is a company which appears, others have validated and said the same, to advertise fashion items on their website that portray a much higher quality product than what is received. Additionally, their sizing chart for the item I purchased is not accurate and others have left reviews saying the same. It is impossible to get a full refund from them as they require you to return and self pay back to ***** and at least in my case, and others have complained, the cost is more than you paid to begin with. They ship from CA ironically. They initially offer you to keep the products and they will give you a 15% discount and as you dispute they increase to 50%. Dollar Store items are of better quality than they send. It is fraud to portray a better quality made item on a website and deliver something completely below standard. In my particular items it is VERY clear and factual from the texture of the materials to the strings and soles of the boots. This company is a disgrace. It is said they make $40M annually in US Sales. I have filed a formal complaint against them to the **** but was unaware there is an office in *** and plan to pursue this with the *** ************************* My final correspondence to them is I will be keeping the items to pursue legal recourse against them. I'd be embarrassed to donate them to a homeless shelter, I kid you not. Reality is, for $30.00 a pair I could have gone to Marshalls clearance rack and gotten a quality pair of shoes to wear for my temporary foot condition.Customer Answer

Good Afternoon,
The company offered me an 80% refund, but not on shipping costs to me, to keep the products (which I am for hopeful prosecution through the legal avenues I reported them to.) I made it perfectly clear that although I would take any compensation available, the dispute is by no means resolved. I am actively pursuing ** Federal Trade Recourse.
Let me add, I was in Dollar General and saw comparable, actually better quality, boots for $5.99 a pair. I kid you no.
This needs to be addressed on a large level by the US and Internet Sales Laws. I's a disgrace this company gets away with this.

Date of transaction: 10/27/2022 Processed through Truist : 10/28/2022 Two Charges: 1. $171.56 2. $5.15 I purchased tops and sneakers from NoraCora online My dispute is I want to make a return and I am required to enter my order # but I keep getting a message that says my order # is incorrect. Problem is, that it is very difficult to read, so I keep emailing ********************************** but they doe not respond. I only have 10 days before I cannot make the return. It needs to go out by 11/26, otherwise I cannot make the return.Also, I do not know what the 2. charge for $5.15 was for? And they were supposed to credit me 1/2 the shipping charges. I ordered clothing items from crigne site that states they are in *** and you can return for full refund I received the items and they are too small On 10-31-22, the day after receiving the items I requested a refund, they will not give me one They have offered a minor credit, then they said they have warehouses in US, but if I want to return I have to pay a ridiculous amount and send to *****. I said everything they stated is false advertising and I simply want my refund of $260.04 that I paid on 10-19-22 (they did issue a credit of $35.99) so deducting that my refund now should be $224.05Customer Answer

I ordered clothes from a company out of the **. They were very, very bad quality. I contacted them to let them know I was returning them. They offered me 15% of my money back to keep them. I told them no, their return policy had nothing about not getting a full return for sending merchandise back. If there is anything you can do with this, I would appreciate your help. I purchased ****** worth of clothing from NoraCora. The items did not fit and I want to return them. They send me an address for return: ******************, *** ***** ******** * Dongtal Science and Technology Park, *** **** ***** ******* ***** ***** *********************************************************************** Tel ************* I went to the post office and the cost to mail back is between ****** and ******. They could not give me an exact amount or help me because the address zip code is not valid. This company appears to be out of ********. Why can't we send returns there? Apparently, there are other addresses in ********** and ****** too.Communication is thru help line with customer service. Returning the product is just as much as the cost of the product. ***** standard offered is a 15% refund on your purchase, then it changed to 35% he final offer was 50% refund. This is not acceptable. I don't understand how they can get away with this.Unfortunately, I did not check the reviews of this company only to find this is common practice. Customer rating are 0 minus 10. This company is not honest and needs to be reported. I hope you can look into this scam and help me retrieve my money. Kind ******************************
