    On 8/08/24 at about 5:20pm I walked into the store interested in a rolex watch offered to me at the price of $12,500. They were closing for the day as they close at 6pm. I proceeded to wire them the total of $12,500 but was not able to take the watch with me as they stated the wire would not be received until next business day. I called them the next day 08/09/24 at 1:52pm and apologetically requested that the money be given back as I changed my mind. At first they were cordial but then not the original salesman ***** but another gentleman was aggressive and offensive. They are refusing to give back full funds and charge a restocking fee first of 20% which according to them was a policy and then after couple of messages back and forth they lowered to 10% when the watch was never taken out of store or delivered to me. There is no restocking fee visible in store or disclosed to me . They never even gave me a receipt for the sale. The only transaction made was the wire transfer which they received but I was never given or received the merchandise. Therefore a full refund should be issued without a restocking fee.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    Because of your involvement was the only reason the seller made partial refund, due to his stalling I miss my payment and was penalized for it...

    I need full refund for this to be resolved.
