Hello, last month I attempted to use pinchme to test products. Apparently I didn't "opt out" of magazine subscription on one of the webpages. Now I'm receiving magazines in the mail that I do not wish to receive. I've requested help from pinchme to cancel, but they only provided links to two magazine companies to cancel. I've attempted to cancel with these links and pending confirmation. However, I wanted to file a complaint as this is not good business and I'm still not sure if it has been resolved. If they call sign me up for the subscription, why can't they also cancel it.Initial Complaint

I went on the Pinchme site on 1/31/24 to learn how to earn money reviewing products and was immediately sent free issue of Elle magazine without ever choosing it from a website called *****. I do not want to be charged for issues or memberships I have no control over. I received a fradulant order confirmation. Please help me to remove this "free subscription" so I am not charged at a later date, and stop this company from sharing my email with others. Thank you for your help.Customer Answer

I personally unsubscribed to their emails because I was receiving so many. I would like written verification that the subscription is cancelled so I do not have to worry about being charged at a later date and confirmation I have been removed form all mailing lists as I am receiving lots of spammy new emails. This company is absolutely horrendous to work with. It takes an insane amount of time for a customer service representative (if that's what you want to call them) to answer and when they do, they send you the same copy and pasted email that they send everyone, not helping whatsoever. I have ordered 4 boxes in the past 5 months and have gotten nothing. Not a single product. Not a message explaining why I haven't gotten anything. Nope. They just ignore the problem and keep selling peoples information for money, so THEY profit and we get NOTHING in return. Nice. They owe me over $20 for doing their stupid "earn cash" promotions and when I reach out to them to ask about it they basically tell me that it's none of their business. DO NOT USE PINCH ME. An insane amount of the ladies I talk to on ******** have stopped using PinchMe because they are sick and tired of them and I am as well. Don't even make an account. I am an avid user of this website and have received several items to test and review. In my order history it shows all items that have been tested and reviewed, although ironically every single gift card that is showing as being received has not been reviewed by me. This due to never receiving any of them. I have sent numerous emails to this company inquiring about this situation, which they had replied about half the time. One of which hac the order number for one of the missing gift cards, which I have verified with a screenshot that this number, upon inputting it into my Amazon order history, came up to not ever be an order number in my Amazon history. I also more recently replied to their email with an actual screen recording of myself inputting this order number for this gift card never received into my Amazon account so I could further prove this was not received. I am missing several gift cards from this website that were never obtained or used. They have not sent me any of the information for any of the other cards not received but only just this Amazon one. They claim it was verified as sent to my email address but have not verified it was actually redeemed. It was never redeemed obviously, yet they refuse to send me these cards I have not received. It has been many, many months since I have been trying to get this resolved and am unable to do so on my own, as well as this being very difficult due to only receiving responses half the time or less upon my reaching out to inquire about these cards.Customer Answer

At this time, I have not been contacted by PINCHme Group, Inc. regarding complaint ID ********. The last correspondence was from August 1, 2023. Although this came after waiting for several months to receive the reply they sent me. Which did not resolve anything but clarified my never receiving my rewards I had obtained. I am still continuing to miss several gift cards with funds never used or received.I also continue to have problems with their website not working correctly it appears. Upon successfully signing up for a paid offer in order to receive a bonus prize, the page never does show this. I have addressed these concerns yet again with this business but continue to go without a response.

I have seen numerous complaints similar to mine but i figure ill add to it. Pinchme sends me emails about downloading games testing them out for a week and will get a gift card for my time. At first it worked. Now they are just scamming me. Recently, i got 2 emails offering 10$ amazon gift cards for each game (20$ total) i did my part and they never sent the surveys. One thing in life we can never get back is time..I have wasted my time playing these games, being promised something and then they dont hold up their end. Im tired of them taking advantage of me and others so they can get free traffic for who i assume are their "sponsers".Customer Answer

Pinchme continues to offer these gift cards in exchange of signing up for certain offers, and then does not deliver these gift cards. They request screen shots and such as proof of signing up for these offers(like of emails confirming such), and even after sending them, nothing. I received two separate emails offering me gift cards (1 mastercard egift card and 1 ******* gift card). When clicked on the emails in was then brought to their site with the added gift card each time and its said it was a "bonus offer" and that I'd need to complete 1 of 3 of their paid offers to receive the bonus pinch me box aka gift cards. Both times I had completed and paid for these third party sites sign *** to complete their offer and it was completed and successful and shown in my pinch me account as so. I waited months because it states it could take up to 4 weeks to receive, and nothing ever came. I went and checked my account and it shows they never sent them even though its clearly states completed. So I finally reached out and stated my confusion as to why I was offered these and paid participation as well, and was never given the advertised gift card they solicited to me and did not get a response but they blocked my account completely, stating it violates some kind of their regulations. Which doesnt make any sense since ive only emailed them and not done anything else on their site or etc. Im very shocked that I was promised something and paid for this offer by signing up for something I'd not have signed up nor paid for without being offered these gift cards and to then be blocked for asking customer service for support is not how a customer should be assisted.Customer Answer

This website offers free samples once a month then every day you can sign up with a third party account to get a gift card from PinchMe! Well over the last few months I have signed up with multiple accounts to get these gift cards from PinchMe and I have yet to receive them! I sent them a message the first time that I was owed 2 $10 mastercard gift cards and they gave me 2 $5 ones! Well thats not right! Then I proceeded to do more and of course I didnt get my gift cards and I Continuously sent them messages because I wasnt getting any replys or my gift cards! I am now owed 5 $10 mastercard gift cards and 1 $10 ******* gift card and 1 target gift card!!! Im starting to think this company is a scam because you dont receive your gift cards right away like your supposed to and then if you send the multiple messages about it you dont receive any replies to your messages!! Last year I was offered a promotion through pinch me offering me a ***'s club membership for $19.99 and included there was coupon for a free rotisserie chicken 24 cupcakes and a few others. I was told that I would get a confirmation email with a code to take into ***'s club to complete the membership process. Now mind do I work for ******* distribution center which owns ***'s club so I was excited that I could get it at a cheaper rate than what my employer was offering I should have known that it was too good to be true perhaps a scam. I went into ***'s club after not receiving an email thinking that they would have some information they knew nothing about this promotion and suggested that I contact the company to inquire more information. I have record of over seven emails that I've sent to pinch me I have tried calling as well. As soon as I threaten them with the attorney general and a better Business bureau review and that I was going to get my bank involved for them fraudulently scamming me out of money I can no longer send emails nor call the phone number provided. It's like they blocked me from ever contacting them again. I know that I'm 100% writing this and shame on them for ripping off somebody that's already struggling and needed a club membership to save money on food for my family shame on you pinch me. All I wanted was for somebody to contact me back and tell me what the heck was going on I still would like a call back and still want to know what the heck is going on and why I was fraudulently charged money out of my checking account my hard-earned money and receive nothing and now your company blocks me blocks me from even sending an email that's just outrageous and crazy and I'm very upset about it.my next move is to thank you seek legal aid for a class action lawsuit. I'm sure many would love to join me for I know I'm not the only person that you scammed out of money.
