    I have purchased plenty of items from this company. This time my package was delivered, left on my porch and subsequently stolen. When I emailed the company alerting them to my missing order and inquiring about a refund. Or their claim process they out right told me Please note the we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.Thank you,Sergio Tacchini **************** So basically Im on my own and out of ****** thats insane!! Their customer service is horrible and I was a loyal customer. I will advise everyone NOT to purchase from this company. Once they went corporate and the foreigners purchased this once trusted Italian brand it went right down hill!

    I ordered a track suit. The size was off on the jacket. I returned the jacket . They never emailed me to confirm receipt of return. I have not received a refund. They do not have a customer service phone number. I have emailed the help support and chat function. I have received a computer generated response but nothing else. I am pretty frustrated.

    I made a purchase on June 7, 2023 for several items that I really liked. Ive bought many items from Sergio Tacchini starting back in the late eighties/early nineties. That should tell you that Ive stuck with this brand for years. My recent purchase has completely changed my opinion about Sergio Tacchini products. The items I purchased are and have been sitting in an Unfulfilled status. Ive tried every way to contact them to resolve the issue but no response. Because the amount I spent was on a credit card and over the amount where I can file fraud/larceny charges. I will also have my credit card company to get their money back. Once I get my money back I WILL NEVER BUY FROM Sergio Tacchini AGAIN. I will make sure I tell everyone I know on ****************** Instagram, SnapChat, TikTok, word of mouth to all my veteran friends, my friends who work for my state government, my friends at my local news stations, and my friends on **** I want to have them tell others about what happened to me when I needed help/resolution from Sergio Tacchini and no matter how many times I tried to reach out but got no response. I will also tell them how I made a purchase and couldnt get my money back nor could I get the items I paid for by credit card. The little money I spend compared to their overall money made from sakes may not hurt the Sergio Tacchini company but thats dollars they dont have as profit. Each person I tell my pull their business based on my story and over time the little money we spend grouped together becomes a large chunk out of profits.
