1 starPurchased a bag from SSENSE online and it came WITHOUT a dust bag. I have purchased the same brand from SSENSE and from retail store before and they both came with dust bags. Contacted customer support and was told the packaging would vary which I think its non-sense. Later received an email from SSENSE stating the item Ive purchased is out of stock, its not much relevant to what I was inquiring about but pretty much theres nothing they could do to help.Review fromShenika P

1 starI ordered from these people twice and received the wrong order. I contacted customer service and asked them to assure I would receive the correct order. They assured me I would and asked if I would like to be sent photos of the item from the warehouse. Which NEVER HAPPENED. I received the order and to no surprise I reached the incorrect order. 1 starSsense is a FRAUDLENT company! Please don't buy from Ssense if you want to lose your money! They just SCAMMED me for $854.11!!!! I placed order for 2 men's shoes (Versace *************** ****** espadrilles) for my husband's b-day! The box with 2 shoes arrived on June 11, my husband came home late that evening, and we opened the box and noticed that Versace pair was damaged! I immediately took photos of Versace loafers. Next day when I woke up, I sent an email to Ssense warning them of their damaged Versace shoes and said that I'm shipping back the order and sent them the photo of the damaged loafers! They responded by apologizing for the inconvenience and this email conversation was under Ticket #********. Some time later when my package arrived back to them, ***** sent me an email asking ME why the shoes are damaged!!!! I was like WHAT?! I told her I'm the only who needs that answer considering that they sent me the damaged shoes themselves and I already notified them immediately with a photo proof and had notified them that I am shipping it back immediately. They acted like they didn't know! LIARS! After that they refused my refund for the Versace loafers BUT the funny things is that they are such scammers that they didn't even mention anything about the brand new espadrilles that I received and returned with the Versace as both were in the same order! SO not only did I not get the Versace refund, but they didn't even refund me for the espadrilles and these thieves STOLE $854.11 I made about 7 attempts through their live chat + emails to resolve the situation with the Versace but at this point I can't even get my refund for the brand new returned espadrilles because they are totally ignoring me! These shameless thieves! Their company must be doing poorly nowadays by scamming customers left and right like this to keep some $ for their greedy selves. They need to be audited and sued for sure. 1 starWarning! Do not Buy From SSENSE......I made a large dollar size purchase and was surprised that I had to pay a large duty.. I contacted SSENSE to understand why I had to read 6 pages on their terms and conditions to discover that I may be responsible for a duty. Also, I informed SSENSE that I rejected delivery at the USPS.......So, after two weeks of no word of a credit, I contacted them and proceeded to get another two weeks of excuses.... I truly believe that they were holding on to my credit. Only after I contacted my credit card and explained the situation did I receive a response back from them...... It seems that contacting the credit card company means that SSENSE will no longer consider crediting my credit card..... Lucky for me my credit card company is backing me and has issued me a credit..... Now SSENSE will have to work with my credit card company to explain why it takes a month to refund this rejected order (I never signed for the order. I rejected it.) See below for the email response from SSENSE.......Please do not waste your time or money with them.........They are either Idiots or Crooks.... Read below for their email to me....Please note that since you have opened a dispute against SSENSE with your financial institution, we will not be pursuing the investigation we have with the courier. We will provide them with the evidence available to us to aid them in their own investigation. Thank you and I apologize that I can't fulfill your request for a refund at this time. 1 starCustomer support is absolutely horrendous. I ordered two bags and have been waiting forever for an update. Its been close to three weeks and the customer support gives me the same answers every time I checked, we cannot confirm status now but rest assured we will monitor closely, which is basically bullshxt. I will be filing dispute with my bank as Ssense is absolutely not trustworthy.Review fromAlissa F

1 starI would give them zero stars if I could. I've placed orders with them before, but this past week has been a nightmare. It's also become clear to me that Ssense security team and the company as a whole discrimates against certain buyers. I placed on order on October 3rd of 2023 for a pair of sneakers totaling to $710. It was supposed to be a birthday present from my dad bought on a joint card that we share. I placed the order and received an email from Ssense telling me that they needed additional information from me to verify that I have access to the account used to buy the product. In less than 24 hours from the time I received that email, I sent them the requested information which was an additional charge on the card. I didn't get a response back for over a week despite reaching out to customer service because I had already paid for the product. Once they followed up with me, they let me know that despite me verifying that the account was mine, they couldn't send the package to the shipping address. It would have to go to the billing address, which was fine. I told them they could ship it there, but I did express to them that it felt insulting and discriminatory seeing as I provided all info asked for. Once I confirmed that they could send it to the billing address, I then received another email saying that my order had been canceled but I could place the order again with a verifiable payment method. I placed the order AGAIN with my card that had a matching shipping and billing address. I just received an email from them letting me know my purchase was yet again flagged even though the addresses and info matches up. They also tried to charge my card AGAIN and then canceled the order when that didn't go through because my card is locked. My best word of advice is to not shop with a company that discrimates against its buyers. I've bought things from them for under $300 and never had an issue. It just seems like they're questioning how I can afford the product.
