My daughter bought me a Talisa sterling silver bracelet with all 7 of my grandchildren's birthstones. That was 2 years ago, and I wore it every day. A couple of weeks ago, one of the birthstones fell out and went down the drain in the sink. I emailed Talisa to see if they could just send me the one birthstone that fell out. Instead, they sent me a postage paid label to return the bracelet and remade me a brand new one free of charge. Their customer service was very quick and courteous.Talisa US LLC Response

I have several Talisa bracelets, I broke one reached out to the company, asked if they would repair it and sent me a postage marked envelope repaired it for FREE and returned it to me in about 24 hours. Unbelievable service.Talisa US LLC Response

I purchased the men's ******* stone bracelet with the silver compass band along with two additional silver bands one for each of my children's names. When it came, I was very impressed with the level of care taken on the silver bands and the overall quality of the stones. Due to my fault, I ordered the 8" length, and it was a little snug which I kind of expected. I contacted customer service and inquired as to adding another 1/2". I received a reply the same day advising me that it would not be a problem and in the same email they sent a pre-paid mailing label. In all honesty I'm not sure what was better, the overall quality of the bracelet or their customer service. Either way I can't speak highly enough as to both.
