For my fiancs birthday, I bought him a necklace with his 2 childrens names on the charms. It was his fav piece of jewlery. He was involved in a motorcycle accident and the ** lost his charms when they took his necklace off for X-rays. I emailed Talisa support asking them if I could just purchase the charms separately and they emailed me back insisting on sending him a brand new necklace with the charms for free! Needless to say, Talisa customer service is superb and showed that they genuinely care about their customers. ******** customer right here.

I've purchased several items from Talisa. The quality and expectations are top notch. I had a stone fall out of one of my settings. I wear this piece nonstop 24/7 and a stone fell out. After contacting Talisa and going over options, they agreed to send me a new stone at no charge so I can continue wearing the jewelry, which is exactly what I wanted. The piece is very unique and reflective of my children and I wouldn't want to wear another. They were very friendly and supportive during all of our emails and also very quick to reply.Talisa US LLC

I saw the ad for Talisa and immediately fell in love with the idea of having the map bracelet from where my husband and I met. It was fun finding the spot on the map. Even though it has been 44 years ago I can still remember when we first saw each other. The diamond marks the spot and this will be such a unique reminder of that day. I purchased a bracelet for 150$ for it to come in a small cloth bag. i was expecting this item to come in a box considering the price as well as it being advertised in a box considering It is very nice however i cant present a 150$ item not in. box it makes it look cheap. i have reached out to customer service upon which they told me that a box wasnt available. i will not order again.Talisa US LLC

I took the plunge and chose to commemorate the exact location where I met my wife. Everything Talisa advertised was fulfilled, both the prompt delivery and the simple quality of the item. I went from zero unique gift ideas on this very forced social holiday to something I felt good about. My wife found the simple design to fit her taste (buying jewelry for her has always been a challenge), and she wears it regularly.
