    I have not received my refund on my order I returned that they confirmed they had in an email. Now they are saying they didn’t receive my return and I have all my receipts and confirmations and still do not have the money back in my account

    After ordering from the Dermstore for two years, they all the sudden disabled my account because they said there was a disputed charge. I did not dispute a charge and they were paid in full on the date of my last order. They told me to email proof of payment, which I did via ****** and a charge on my credit card. After three months and five phone calls, my account is still disabled. I was promised time and time again that it was a mistake on their part and that my account would be opened within three days. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor until call number five when I threatened to write a bad review. The supervisor promised he would personally contact the "investigations" department to get my account opened. I would not recommend them and wonder if this was all a scam to get more personal information from me.

    I have purchased expensive skincare totaling each time $300 or more in value. Either I had to much from an auto shipment or I would ask to return a product that arrived broken. They instructed me to send it back in a box with the provided shipping label and take a picture of the receipt to prove I sent it. I have done this twice over a year now and each time they say we have no way of seeing this come in to our shipping department. They continue to tell me that they will refund me once the proof of shipment has been shown but, each time they never give a refund or give the product back. I am out over $600 and i believe they are doing this to many other people. When I call to speak with someone within working hours they do not answer and disconnect. This company needs to be investigated. Can you help me get my money back?

    0 stars- somebody please look into them as I feel they are deliberately not returning credits to customer. I sent a box back to them (using their prepaid label) and it was delivered on September 20. Ive yet to receive my return and after calling numerous times. customer service keeps telling me they are escalating it. I checked social media and apparently everyone is having the same issue - not receiving their returns and not getting a credit. ******** company! Someone please bring them to justice for their poor business practices. You cant go around taking everyones money and then not giving them fair returns.

    Do not order from this company. I started using dermstore in 2021, and I had an okay experience. I started then receiving wrong items. They do not tell you your auto refill is being fulfilled until it actually ships. When that happens, you are unable to cancel it. They told me they would reimburse me for the shipping I paid to send it back. This last time I returned an autofill, they received my return (after I had two separate order numbers, different return methods, etc). They did give me my shipping cost back. Two weeeks later, and ** still waiting for my refund. I called today and they said the refund failed because they already gave me $11 back (the shipping cost) , so I wouldnt receive the full amount back. I received no communication there was anything wrong with my refund, so it was a good thing I called. They told me I would have to send over my PayPal information for them to send me the additional $11 back for the shipping. Sounded so weird to me. After I receive my refund, I will be canceling my account.

    Will never order from here again. After attempting to cancel an order, I tried the items and did not like them, so I sent the entire order back. I've been waiting weeks to receive a refund from them. Have contacted **************** multiple times, only to be told that they've "contacted the warehouse" to confirm my package was delivered, even though the **** tracking confirmed that it was. I had to file a dispute with PayPal. Horrible experience.

    Very disappointed with my conversation with *** today. She was not able to tell me anything about the product I was inquiring about and she also was very hard to understand as she did not speak very good English. I will be ordering my obagi products from ***********.

    This company sent one free gift and left all the items I actually ordered from the package. I contacted them several times without any resolution. I have none of the items I ordered and lost that money. I also lost valuable time dealing with this scam website. They dont answer their customer service line so you can only do an automated chat that is useless.

    A scam!!!! I have an issue with every monthly subscription box. I had a replacement sent to me and this time my package was delivered to a random sidewalk which is a use privacy issue with my name and address out in the open. DermStore uses Pandion and Pandion uses DoorDash. The Doordashers drop my package off to a random house and collect the delivery fee. Every month I have to fill out a non-receipt form. This is exhausting. I contacted ******* and was told they have issues with *** coordinates. I relayed the *** coordinate issue to DermStore and they do not care to fix the problem or use a different delivery service. I am forced to cancel my monthly subscription because of this problem. It is very disheartening.
