    Hey I try to make a order yesterday and like before it never works with my card every time I try to order no body will help me at all nobody returns my email or calls which they hate to pick up I'm a buying customer from ************************** why nobody cares about my problem I'm having it never takes my card i got a pic what it says when i try to order telling me my card couldn't be verified try again i got money on my card can sum one be nice and help me plz or unblock me or fix!! Your website it keeps saying that plz fix your payment method n write me back I don't know whats the problem the pic is after i try to pay with my card it said that in the pic why it act up bfore a month ago my card works now it do plz help me or can u guys try to do PayPals or something

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because 

     Hey I'm not a Old!! Customer I'm one of ur best customer from a long time customer mean but anyways fix the website my address is correct!! And zip code is correct!! Everything is it is on u guys end why u going to say that for do u got proof on that after I'm a long time customer plz just fix the website ok so it want be a problem it's so hard for u guys to reply back why is that and another thing u guys carotone black spot corrector check the bottom of the jar and look for B.S.C original that's the real one cuz i been ordering from u guys in the past and sum of ur jars say it! Sum don't!! That mean it's the fake!! Cuz I saw a ******* video on it I sent u guys a message about that threw the website nobody got back to me on that cuz I love Carotone black spot corrector all I use on my face can u guys check all of them and watch what I tell u! Not being rude at all I care about that cream alot can u plz check them n look for only at the bottom of the jar B.S.C original that's the real one u will thank me later and if u do thank me plz send me 10. Carotone black spot corrector too! Ok lol just letting you no 10 free ones and for the jar the body cream carotone the real body cream of carotone the expired date need to be going upward not straight across cuz I got one here I buy from usbeautybazaar.com ur site it's a fake and it was different I buy back then from u the cream inside the jar big no to goopy it post to be thick cream just like the face cream post to be thick I only got two jars with B.S.C on it that's it the other 2 .jars don't say it and they feel different more like watery like cream now I get it what they talk about on ******* big time plz check the creams and jars and watch what I tell u about it the face cream u will thank me later if u do decide to thank me i like free carotone black spot corrector check the jar and two free carotone body cream the jar thnk and  plz fix that website too so i can order plz its not on my end

    The seller sold me bad expired product. I took pictures and sent to the seller informing about it February 9th 2023. Since then they have not addressed my concern every time I have written. I have also tried calling them on ************** and they don't answer the phone. I have waited patiently for 3 months thinking they will get to me and compensate me. I have attached evidence of contacting them and pictures of the product. Today I have decided to file a claim against them to refund me.

    I ordered 2 Lighten Up Plus from Global Beauty Bazaar on October 24, 2022. I also paid $8.00 to receive the items in 3 days. I received the product on November 1, 2022. It was only one enclosed. The package was wet. I opened up the product box and the product were open. Half of the product was gone. I emailed the company immediately with pictures of packaging and product amount. I have given them more than 7 days to respond, and I haven't heard from them. I asked them to send 2 unopened and full jars of Lightened Up PLUS or send me a full refund of $59.98. I also requested a refund of $8 to expedite order. I tried to call the number on site but not a number that is answered.

    On July 24, 2022 I ordered from US Beauty Bazaar I received my order on July the 28th, 2022. I was sent the wrong item so I contacted them on Aug 1st and let them know I received the wrong item and wanted to return it. They sent me a link to do the return, but I couldn't process the return because the system stated that my order # ****** was not in the system. I contacted them to let them know this and asked how should I proceed and to date I have not gotten a response.

    I placed an order few weeks ago and I received my order but all the five carotone cream Dark spot corrector were ***** color which mean they were bad. I did everything to reach the company but they do not respond to emails or calls which is very disrespectful to customers. I also order the extreme glow body wash which I started using today and it gaves me red spatches. I need the company to contact me as soon as possible because I need my money back. Thank you
