    I placed an order with company and paid in full and didnt receive product. Tracking number sent but it goes to nothing

    I ordered 2 chains before I read the reviews. Within a few hours I went to cancel emailing the company. They got back to me saying they already started my order. This is bogus seeing as on the website they state you have up to 12 hours to cancel. I had called them which the phone calls are recorded to cancel within 4 hours of my purchase. The woman I spoke with said she would cancel it no problem. I also sent them emails before the phone call to make sure I had something in writing proving this. I sent an email to them proving these claims. With pictures of what they say on their website. They never responded. When I received them a month later they were **** quality. You can tell it was not what they said it would be which was white gold. I requested a return it took them awhile to give me a return instructions. I had to keep emailing them for this to happen. I had to pay for shipping on top of the over $200 I spent. They demand you send pictures proving you sent it. I did this and have yet to receive my money back! I know they got it since I have the label, but they have yet to send me money back. It's been over 2 months. When I message they say they will get back to me. They have yet to do so. I just want my money back and for them to completely delete my account to avoid more hidden fees. I have more pictures if they are needed.

    I bought some product from this company and every since Ive been having recurring charges in different amounts thru ****** but havent recorded any additional products from them, havent submitted anymore orders but Im still being charged money

    I originally bought two chains from Zotic, which I was sent and there were no issues. However, I later noticed that I was being charged monthly by Zotic for a "rewards program", but I never subscribed to this. I brought this to their attention via email on 11-14-2024, and they stated in writing that this monthly charge was cancelled and I would not be charged again. I then continued to be charged, and reached out via email a second time on 1-30-2025 about these continued charges, and they acknowledged that my "membership" had been previously canceled, and apologized for the charge and refunded it. I then was charged yet again on 3-22-2025 by Zotic. This is *clearly* fraud being committed by this business, and they need to be charged and stopped.

    November 12, 2024, I purchased merchandise (Cuban Chains) worth $400 from this company's website, they have AD on ******** and Ins. Upon receiving the items, I was dissatisfied and chose not to use them. Consistent with the policy that allows for returns within 30 days without condition, I contacted ZOTIC's customer service on December 4, 2024, to initiate a return.I received a prompt response providing a return address but was informed about a 15% restocking fee, which was unexpected. Nevertheless, I proceeded to return the items via **** on December 9, 2024, and immediately emailed the tracking number to the support team. By December 17, I received confirmation that the items had been received and that a refund of $340 (85% of the original price) has been processed, the mail said "You have received a refund with $340"However, it has been over a month, and the refund has not appeared in my account. Despite my attempts to resolve this by sending three additional emails over this period, I have not received any further communication from this company. This lack of response leads me to suspect potential fraudulent behavior.I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter by confirming and completing the refund process. Thank you for your help.

    I returned the item I was not satisfied with I paid 6.95 via **** the items were received in California mailroom front desk on November 13 approximately 12:20 pm I was advertised on November 18 by a representative named **** that it was received and my refund would be 5-7 business days from the 13 of November on Friday November 22 I spoke to **** again he said the refund was still in pending he was going to do what he could on his end and the matter would be resolved within 24 hours I still have not received my refund I spoke to **** again today and requested a supervisor he put me on hold for 18 minutes 11 seconds then the call disconnected I called back 4 times no answer

    Zotic keeps on trying to charge my debit card even though I am not attempting to purchase another item from them. I only purchased a one time item that the shipping was higher than they list and was not express as they claimed I had paid for I have a screenshot of the original shipping price ( standard shipping) that they said it was going to be and then I have the price they actual charged and now we are a month down the road every few days Zotic tries to charge my card a different amount and I have had to replace my debit card and it is causing issues because it I need to be removed from there database and for the hassle of this a refund

    i was buying something on the 12th of september and once bought my card got charged twice. one for the chain and one for the order protection which was basically just shipping cost, then just now a month later i havent bought anything there trying to take money from my account worth more than what i bought the order for

    I have missing items out of my order. 1 missing Gold 5mm Cuban link, 1 Gold 5mm tennis chain, and a white gold 12mm cuban chain. All were apart of their promotion.
