      - I booked an air ticket on 09/17/20 and due to a change in travel plan (covid related) I had to cancel the same on 10/10/20. Makemytrip processed the cancellation on 11/25/20 and I was assured a refund within 120 days, i.e. within 03/25/21. Even after multiple follow up emails (15+), the refund is not issued. Booking ID - ***************.- I paid $783.- Makemytrip committed refund after deducting a change fee (<$100). - Makemytrip is just ignoring my follow-up emails and no actions being taken. They are asking me to contact the airlines (Air India) directly to get the refund. But the airlines has clearly communicated that refund requests should go the ticket issuer (Makemytrip.com in this case).- Latest response from Makemytrip was on 09/27/21, which says that they are waiting for the airlines to release the refund.

      I booked a travel package in make my trip for a tour in ***** ( approximately from Mar 20 2020 - Mar 26 2020 ). But because of the COVID19, I was unable to travel and they agreed to refund my money to me. But I haven't got a single ***** so far. I have been trying to get in touch with their customer service agent ( over phone and WhatsApp ) but the response wasn't adequate and she assured me for a refund but haven't received it yet. Please help me regarding this. I would be more than happy to provide any evidence required about my travel trip.

      At this time, I have not been contacted by Makemytrip.com, Inc regarding complaint ID ********.

      I did try to reach out to the agent who helped me through my booking but she has not been of any help.
