    Complaint Title: Unresponsive and Unprofessional Experience with OutFront Media I recently acquired a property that had an OutFront Media billboard with a lease set to expire on October 23, 2024. My account representative, *** *******, was assigned to handle the situation. I communicated to him via email that I would not be renewing the contract and requested that the billboard be removed from my property by the lease expiration date. He initially assured me that he would ensure its removal, but since then, I have had zero follow-up or response from him or anyone else at OutFront.Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have been completely ignored. This level of unprofessionalism is staggering. *** ******* has lied to me on multiple occasions, promising action but delivering nothing. Not only that, but they sent me money from an old lease that was in place before I took over the property, despite my clear communication that I did not want to renew the *********** this point, the billboard is still on my property, and OutFront Media is refusing to address the issue. This company operates with shady, borderline illegal business practices, and I strongly advise anyone considering working with them to think twice. They give you the runaround, and their lack of accountability is unacceptable. One of the worst experiences *** had in business. ***** this company at all costs.

    This is regarding the OutFront Media office on ****************************************************************************************. They do not contain a cancellation clause in their contract. There were issues with our billboard contract, and when they finally agreed to allow us to cancel, they extended our contract another sixty (60) days, making it effective as of the date the cancellation request.By law, ********** contracts must include a Notice of Cancellation clause, which theirs did not, and our cancellation should have been part of the first 30 or 60 days of the contract start date.We are not happy with this business practice. We tried to reason with them to no avail. We contacted their headquarters by mail and have not heard back. We placed a call to their headquarters and have not heard back. As a last resort, we thought we should make other consumers aware of this clause omission to help them make better choices before signing a contract with this company.
