This is hands down the worst company I have ever encountered. Their customer service, no matter the department, is non existent. Phones go unanswered, voicemail boxes are always full and the call will end without ever being answered. Trying to file a claim takes months and requires constant and diligent follow up. Prices were constantly increasing 30% each year. They charged additional fees due to size after years of the same vehicle being parked without such fees.

I arrived at the parking lot around 11:35 AM, seeking a spot for a potential 12-hour stay. Upon entering, I noticed the presence of a gate and stepped out of my car to assess the pricing. Shortly after, a valet attendant approached me. I queried about the pricing for a 12-hour stay from the time I parked. No hassle I just wanted a direct answer. Instead of providing a straightforward answer, he urged me to enter the lot. Trusting that this was to clarify the prices, I proceeded.Once inside, I again asked the attendant about the pricing for a 12-hour stay from now. He directed my attention to the price, which he claimed approximately $19. I expressed surprise at the seemingly low rate and asked him 3 times to confirm. Each time, he assured me it was indeed around $19. Satisfied with this information, I agreed to park. However, just minutes later, as I was unloading my belongings, the valet informed me that the actual price for my stay would be closer to $50, after asking him again because something was off. contradicting his earlier assurance. Feeling misled and frustrated by this sudden change, I expressed my concerns. The valet then attempted to justify the higher price, claiming that the $19 rate was only applicable after midnight.Feeling misled and frustrated, I decided to leave the parking lot. The valet then suddenly told me the balance due was $12 for being parked inside for no more then 4 minutes, the valet didnt even get to sit or touch my car I actually brought it in. which only added to my confusion and frustration. When I protested, the valet and his manager were uncooperative, refusing to acknowledge their mistake and instead attempting to shift the blame onto me. I then decided to leave after 15 mins of explaining to the incompetent valet driver he was the one at fault and he was making it seem like he was giving me a favor and to take it before the price doubles at midnight. Would not come here.

I utilized this **************** The attendant was highly rude and discriminating. As I pulled into the lot and asked about pricing he ignored my initial question, was rude and showed no customer service. He proceeded to call this Black woman stupid in front aoff the White and non-Black patrons. I amicably got the price from him. He wanted me to come to him to get the ticket for my car by extending the ticket at a distance and I redirected him to hand it to me in my hand. Never have I felt so disrespected. Pressed for time for my sons Basketball game. I left my car there. Upon retrieving my car, I was helped by a Spanish Attendant who was extremely professional. Sad to say, when I patron the area again, as much son plays on a regular basis in this neighborhood and attends school nearby, I will never take my business there again.

I'm a monthly customer at their garage in Gramercy (22nd street and 2nd ave). Regularly my car is blocked in because they pack it to over capacity. Their greed knows no bounds. I'll call ahead 1-2 hours and the attendants will still verbally abuse me, saying that's not enough time and I should've told them last night. One hour is a reasonable amount of time to pull out a car, it's not MY job to manage the garage! I'm paying for in/out privileges that I don't actually get. I try to be understanding but between paying $500/month and getting yelled at by the men here, I've had enough. I'm a customer, not someone you're doing a favor for by taking my money AND my car hostage. They also raised the price while decreasing service. My car is scuffed on the sides and back/front from them parking as close to the wall/columns/other cars as possible to squeeze every ***** of this place. I've seen them scratch and dent other customers' cars too. My son has to call to get them to agree to take out my car because they bully women (my daughter-in-law gets yelled at too). What will it take for this company to stop treating people this way?

Yesterday I was threatened and verbally assaulted by a parking attendant at the icon parking lot at ****************************** on the upper west side. My husband and I were returning our *** *** rental. After driving into the lot, one of the attendants asked us to stop and he would park it. So we got off but still needed to end the trip while in the proximity of the car (you need to be within the range of the car so ******.l can detect it) we were trying to do this when all of a sudden another parking attendant comes behind us and begins yelling stay away from the car. We try to explain that were only trying to end the trip on the *** *** app and need to be within proximity but he got aggressive and came up close to us threatening to call cops. It was absurd, nothing like Ive ever experienced before. Then I ask for his name to report his ridiculous behavior to which he comes close to be and calls me a ***** He was arrogant and aggressive and wouldnt let us lock the car. This was truly a disappointing and scary experience.
