We parked here from 6/29/2924 through 7/15/2024. When we arrived, we had to pay a $90 cash charge because our ***** Bolt is 1 foot longer than an average sedan, which was not clearly advertised at time of booking. Arguably that was our fault for not reading the fine print, but it was deceptive marketing and we would have parked elsewhere if we knew. The bigger problem is that our vehicle was clearly side swiped in the parking lot as they crammed another car next to it. The attendant didn't deny this- he asked to see the pictures I took at drop-off, which clearly showed no damage. Then he took a picture himself and said he would text it to the manager. He looked me in the eyes and said text this number, and the manager will resolve it for you. I texted and called multiple times and never got a response, and in hindsight, he knew that and it was just a scam to deny liability and get us off the premises. The damage is not major, but it will be thousands of dollars at a paint shop to repair. I would expect that they would have insurance to cover the damage, or at the very least to refund my $320. Instead, they have some pre-arranged trick with a fake phone number to get you out of there, and they count on people being too tired from travel and living too far away to come back and do anything about it.Customer Answer

I used this business to park my car for JFK airport. I made a reservation and paid ahead of time. Upon arrival they took the keys and parked our car and then we proceeded to head to the airport. When we returned to the parking lot after our trip, we found the car parked with the keys LOCKED inside the vehicle. They proceeded to get a nasty attitude with us and told us it was OUR fault for locking the keys in the car. This simply isnt possible as its not self park; they park and they keep your keys. They offered no help and told us to call the police all while being extremely rude. The police then told us to use a locksmith so thats what we did. The locksmith was kind enough to come out and unlock the car but charged us $170 for the service, we asked the parking business to pay and they refused. We paid $66.55 to park and then $170 for the locksmith. I would like to be refunded both charges.Customer Answer

I booked parking through (JFK EconoPark Airport parking) for 3/21/24 to 3/28/24. When I picked up my car, I noticed it was damaged. There were scratches on the front right of the car and the back right. The guy told me to text a phone number for it to be resolved. They never respond to any of my text messages. When I call, they ignore my calls or tell me to text that number again. How is it ok for the parking company to damage my car? Why am I stuck with the bill to fix my car? Shouldn't I feel safe to leave my car at a parking lot that I paid for to hold it. I paid them to park at their parking lot. I should feel confident that when I come back to my car that it will be in the same condition I left it. JFK EconoPark Airport parking at (**************************************************************** should pay for these damages. This company should not be allowed to operate with what they do and how they get away with it.I took pictures before I dropped off my car and after. I shows proof that they damaged the car. Please take action against them.Customer Answer

We flew out of *** on July 22, 2022. On their website the parking for the yellow garage states no more than $45 a day. We parked and returned in July 30, 2022. When we left the ticket charge was $671.00, we of course were shocked and questioned the charge. We were told it was now $75 a day, We explained what their website said and basically they said to bad. We called customer service and received the same answer. We paid the outrageous price and came home to file a complaint. We provided documentation to their customer service email and explained the situation. They responded to bad, one site says $75 and another says $45 so basically its our problem. We certainly are not not trying to pay the 8 days, but their site snd signage says *** $42 a day. Their explanation was we changed it! It is truly unfair and seems like a scam. We are requesting a refund.Initial Complaint

Checked in 7/21/22 and checked out on 7/25/2022 Drop off and shuttle was OK but when I picked the vehicle up there was a crack in the windshield. I was instructed to text the manager, which I did including before and after pictures. I have not heard back, even though I have sent daily requests for some acknowledgement. I also tried contacting the service provider, WAY, who made the arrangement asking for help contacting them without any success. This morning I contacted the lot and spoke to the attendant who said they would have the manager contact me. However, there has still not been any contact.Customer Answer
