We gave the car for the valet and his name is ***** ******** and he took the car to park and then when we came back to take the car we found the car hit from the driver side by the door and he said he didnt do anything and we tried to call the cops they said file a complaint by BBBInitial Complaint

Friday January 3, 2024 I drove my car to this parking garage to attend an event at the *********** directly above this garage. My vehicle was left to be parked, when i came back a few hours later i seen damage to my front passenger bumper which was cause by the parking attendant at the garage. On initial response the garage denied they were at fault, but after calling 911 and the attendant realizing this i was not dealing with this matter kindly the attendant admitted to causing the damage but tried to talk me out of filing any claims Police did arrive and i filled out a damage report and was given contact numbers to contact the managers of the garage. I have attempted to call and have left voicemails but I have yet to receive a return phone call to address this matterCustomer Answer

I have been parking my car for long term storage in this garage for over a year. I do not live near the location. After the first time I dropped it off I visited the location only to find my car damaged and stored in poor condition. I filed a report with the manager and it has been months since anyone will respond to me. I have called the corporate office, written numerous emails and attempt to call the (ATTENDANT ONLY) garage. I have had ZERO responses for ALL forms of communication. I continuously pay my monthly account of $210 and they still take my money while my car sits in their garage damaged. I had to spend hundreds of dollars to fix the immediate damage to my car and yet it still has more to fix. I cannot get in touch with ANYONE from this business or at their corporate location. I have no other place to turn and ask for some type of intermediary.Customer Answer

The business has not followed up in this particular incident once. They will only email asking for my claim number but will not provide any feedback or resolutions. Its been over 4 months since i originally filed a claim for this damage and i still have yet to be contacted with any feedback
After providing the information for my account numerous times they never respond with any feedback of the issue The emails are generic that i receive asking my claim number but no one has actually followed up after their request for more information. The damage done to my car was originally reported over 4 months ago with no call backs or email responses

This company makes up costs for parking that do not align with posted signs at their facility. I.e. Sign says parking for 2 hours is $27. Attendant clearly looks at me, looks around at the empty lot and turns back to me and says $45 for 2 hours. They make up prices on the fly to suit their needs, nothing is in accordance with any posted amount. Explains to me that its due to city tax but tax isnt approximately 100% on anything, even in Manhattan, so clearly not.Customer Answer

MPG Certo 60 Parking LLC located on **************** stole my car overnight while I was away from town on holiday, and drove to ********, **. I know this as I received a parking ticket with description of my car - proof that someone took overnight. I enrolled in monthly parking for **** at the MPG location on ************************. Upon enrolling I noted the terms required that I cancel 10 days before the start of the month and included an email. Because I only needed to park for one month (and not recurring), I began the process of cancelling ten days in advance by emailing and attempting to call. I have received no response and my credit card has been charged. There appears to be no way to contact this business.When I tried to ask the employee at the garage(who had been rude and hostile throughout the three weeks I'd been parking at that point) about cancelling he became agitated and gave me a series of different phone numbers, none of which led to a person I could cancel with. Additionally, upon leaving the garage after this I found that the handle to my driver side door had been cut off my car... I don't even know how to report the vandalism? Given that all I want is to not pay this business and never park here again, I just paid to repair the handle but this business is obviously predatory. I was scared to return after the employee broke my handle and ended up parking elsewhere for the last week of the month.Customer Answer

I parked at this garage on the morning of April 22nd. When I went to pickup my car, I noticed damage. I immediately pointed out the damage to the attendant. The attendant was frustrated at first and then gave me an incident form to fill out and sent to MPG. I've been a monthly tenant of MPG at other locations for about 3 years so I figured it would be easy to resolve. There was substantial damage to the vehicle (scratches all along the side, dents). I took pictures before leaving the garage. I filled out the form and sent it the same day to MPG (as requested on the form). I also attached pictures. I sent the info the email specified on the form. I've followed up several times. I'm told *************************** is the right point of contact. ***** replied one time on May 3rd saying she didn't have the form, so I replied with the form and the pictures. I've followed up again multiple times but no replied from MPG. Given the lack of any response or attempt to repair my car, it seems insane that anyone would ever park their car at MPG.Initial Complaint

Hello,On Saturday Apr 27th, 2024 I reserved a parking spot with Manhattan Parking Group at their *************************************** location. I used the Manhattan Parking Group website and I paid $42 online using a credit card for oversize vehicle parking for the day. I was bringing my family into ************* to go to a museum for the day. When we arrived in *************, we discovered that this particular stretch of **** ****** was shut down by the police for construction activity. Cars were not being allowed to enter or exit the street as large construction equipment (a crane) was in use there. I took a picture of the street closure and we found another parking garage to park. This other garage was a separate business, it was not managed by Manhattan Parking Group.I emailed Manhattan Parking Group explaining the situation and I attached the photo I took of the street closure. I requested consideration of a refund as I was not able to use the service that I paid for. I have called the phone number listed in my reservation confirmation and on their website many times and no one has answered. I have left multiple messages with them describing my request and leaving my contact information. Manhattan Parking Group has not made any effort to contact me.A road closure is not my fault and it was not the fault of Manhattan Parking Group. I think inquiring about a refund in a scenario like this is a reasonable request. And at a bare minimum, I'd want some sort of response from the business.Customer Answer
