      I have a monthly account to park my car at this garage. The garage is owned and operated by Icon Parking Systems under the name of the *** listed above. I am currently in the middle of a ******************************** the monthly price. Despite my contract with the garage, I was notified that a $10 account maintenance fee will be added to all monthly account holders starting in October. When I asked via email to Icon Parking customer service how they could charge an additional fee not disclosed in the contract they responded: "...there's no provision in your agreement that prohibits us from imposing additional fees." This is ridiculous reasoning as the contract doesn't specifically prohibit an infinite number of things...perhaps I'm just supposed to be fortunate they didn't choose an exorbitant fee.

      I recently traveled to *** (where I grew up) with my family to do some sight seeing and my brother in-law booked a spot for two night via Spothero ay a World Wide Garage at ******************************* We paid $125.56. When we returned to retrieve our vehicle the cashier asked me to pay with my credit card and I made a mistake and swiped. I was not sure if we had already paid and the CC we used to book the spot was just for the reservation, etc... When my family arrived 10 seconds later I realized my mistake and asked for a refund. The cashier and their manager were extremely rude and basically told me that I screwed up and they would not be refunding my money. When I called the credit card company to challenge the charge they threated to hold my car until we called the police then they relented. I will be writing to the city of ******** and the ownership group as well. This appears to be a scam they run on tourists. I want a full refund for the $180 I paid on May 14th and I have all the documentation to show that they double charged us.

      I have tried to park today 02/14/2024 at 10:40 and the attendant came straight to me with such attitude shouting that i should go back outside and scrape off the 2 inch of snow i had on the car.It took me few seconds to understand what he wanted, was kind of eerie to do that early in the morning. Imagine if was my daughter trying to park there and be treated like that That is unacceptable since we spend a great deal of money in their filthy parking lots.I hope someone reads this and fires that attendant.
