10/29/2021 Vehicle #*** The garage has overcharged me $505.02 and is refusing to refund payment even with existing proof. Upon picking up my car from the garage on 10/28/2021 I was informed I needed to make payment for the month of October. I found this strange since I was sure I had done so. The garage would not release my car so I called the main office and was told I would receive a statement showing the balance. I had to make a rush payment since I was late to an appointment and was informed if this was incorrect the company would reimburse me.After reviewing my receipts I saw that I had already paid for the month of October. I called the office multiple times and was given the runaround-- being transferred and disconnected. Finally, I reached ****** who was extremely rude and told me she did not have time to review my account. She continually interrupted as I tried to explain that I had all the receipts of my payments. In a condescending tone, she told me that the garage did not receive payment for August of 2020. This was at no fault of my own as I had used spot hero for the July and August of 2020 payments, but spot hero did not send the August payment to them. When I informed her that I have the Spot hero Receipts for August, she told me that this was annoying and threatened to raise my monthly rent by $700 and that she would also cancel my parking spot. She then abruptly hung up on me. I have subsequently emailed my receipts to her and requested a refund for October. I did not receive an answer nor do I expect to given the way I was treated.This seems to be an issue between the garage and SpotHero. However, I also called spot hero and they emailed me my receipts and informed me the garage must contact *****************************. She is the account manager for the garage who will handle their claim of unreceived funds.I would like this matter resolved as soon as possible and my money returned to me. I would appreciate your help. Thank you.
