    4/9/2023 - went on site: ********************************************************************************************************* To print out passport renewal form. Somehow Easy Passports took over my computer, making me think I was on same link. They said I needed to pay $89.00 Passport fee & $39.95 Insurance fee for ******************************* Each. I paid the fee and was able to fill out the forms and print, thinking I paid to renew passports. I Drove to the post office to mail forms and they said I needed to send check for $130 each. This company Easy Passports should be ashamed taking advantage of people at my age. I called EP @ ************ and they wouldnt give money back and said I paid to print form?? Please help me get my money back.

    This is a very unfortunate circumstance. There are many "fly-by-night" passport companies on the internet, and many use names similar to ItsEasy, such as "Easy Passports". This appears to be one such imposter company. ItsEasy's website does not "take over" computers or browsers. We have been in business over 40 years and have no need to trick customers into using our services. Looking at the prices and services offered further indicates this is not our company. We do not charge for insurance, and while we have a number of affordable price points for passport services, none are set at $89. Further, we are unable to find any orders that match the details of the complaint. We have no orders that match either of the names provided, nor any order results when cross referencing their phone number. Finally, the phone number for Easy Passports listed in the complaint is not one of our phone numbers. It is regrettable that this happened, however, It'***** had no part in it, and we would greatly appreciate the removal of this false complaint against **.
