FETCH is the worst and most unscrupulous pet insurance company out there. My premiums have gone up considerably in the last 3 years by hundreds of dollars but this year it went from $1816 to $2523! I've had the insurance for 5 years and never made a claim! My dog is 12 now so they are gouging! I renegotiated the premium down to something I could afford and on the policy application that I agreed to was a $400 deductable IT DOES NOT SAY PER INCIDENT OR INJURY, however, when they send the 34 page policy over they slip in that language in the contract!! Theier "Endorsement Page" which is buried in the contract not at the end which looks just like they included the policy application but they check a box that says per incident!! They are truly a horrible company!! Stay away!!!!

Absolutely predatory and abhorrent business practices. They jacked up my rates by 102% and I had no claims last year. As pets age, their insurance becomes more important. Thats when Fetch tries to price you out. If your pet already has pre-existing conditions you cant even shop around for a cheaper policy because no one will cover them. They are unconscionable and a nightmare to deal with. They reel you in with low introductory rates and then move on with 100% increases until you can no longer afford it. Go with a company that actually cares about your pets

We have been utilizing Fetch Pet Insurance for the past 2 years for one dog and for the past 6 months for our new puppy. And I have previously sung their praises to anyone who needed recommendations. I now regret doing that and regret utilizing this company that was so nice about agreeing to work with rescue professionals. I understand and anticipate increases in premiums year to year as pets age and as we had to file claims for our one dog.But we just got his updated premium for this year (we have paid annually) and it jumped by $1600 dollars! It went from just under $600 to just under $2200. I never could have anticipated a jump that large nor do I think that is realistic for pet owners. When calling Fetch Pet Insurance about the change I am told he now falls in their older dog category (over 5-6 years of age) and it is due to his claim history. Keep in mind our premium only jumped by $100 last year despite the fact that his first year with Fetch had significantly more medical expenses than this last year. I am also told that even if his claim history moving forward goes down or becomes nothing for several years that will never again be taken into consideration and that it will only continue to rise from here. For those who have Pet Insurance and understand that pre-existing conditions are typically not accepted I am feeling extremely stuck and like I was taken advantage of as moving his policy to another company may now be impossible. The only option they offered was to significantly lower his coverages, but it would still be $1700 per year for him. Or they told me that many consider discontinuing coverage as dogs age. He is 6 years old. He is young! And just got a clean bill of health! When inquiring about how they calculate their increases I got the run around. In my opinion look at other insurance companies!!

I've had Fetch Pet Insurance for my four-year-old dog since he was a puppy. Over the years, I expected small premium increases, but they just raised it dramaticallyfrom $64 to $104with only one day's notice! When I called to ask why, the representative simply said it was due to his aging. He's still only four! Im extremely frustrated. I will definitely be looking elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with Fetch Pet Insurance. I filed a formal appeal over a week ago, yet I have received no response, no acknowledgment, and no effort to resolve the issue. I have emailed every available contact, including their claims department and customer support, and all of my messages are being ********** vet bill was $487.37, but Fetch reimbursed only $110.00. My policy states 80% coverage after a 20% copay, but instead of following this, Fetch applied arbitrary reimbursement caps far below the promised percentage. They completely excluded certain charges, even though they were routine and necessary veterinary care. Not a single dollar was applied toward my $400 deductible, making my coverage useless until I pay more out of pocket. It turns out Fetch has hidden reimbursement limits on wellness services. My pets exam was reimbursed at just $30, vaccinations at $10 each, and lab tests at a fraction of the actual costdespite the policy supposedly covering 80% after copay.Since submitting my appeal, I have received no communication. Fetch ignores every email, refuses to process appeals, and does not respond to formal complaints.Since they refuse to act in good faith, I will be filing complaints with the State Department of Insurance, NAIC, CFPB, and FTC.Fetch Pet Insurance gladly takes your premiums but does everything to avoid paying claims. If you want real coverage for your pet, look elsewhere.

Fetch has stolen several hundreds of dollars from me in false charges and cant even be bothered to return a phone call or fix the issue. Gave them 6 months to work it out. Only lost more money in doing so. Dont trust them with your money.

We also had our first claim denied. Our pet developed severe allergies and required a panel to determine to what and how to address it. Our claim was declined as a pre existing condition. This company is useless and will drag out responses to get extra monthly payments. DO NOT USE THEM.
