      My dog somewhat ate the trial food. However when the regular sized food in she refused to eat it. My dog loves to eat so this is unusual. I was told to donate the food in order to get a refund. The catch is no organization will accept opened dog food, they dont want to be liable for it. So this was a loophole for the consumer (me) to not be able to get the refund. I canceled my subscription and contacted my bank. This is fraudulent behavior from the company.

      Horrible place to work. My son worked at this job and enjoyed working for this company helped when help was needed in any ***** When asked. On 1/18 he forgot to punch out and hurried back in to punch out. The next day HR rep ***** called him into her office and fired him stating he robbed company time. Mind you its was 10 plus minutes. Not a warning nothing fired on the spot after they had him all over the plant filling in on spots that no one wanted to help in. He would do it with no problem. My son spoke with his supervisor ********************** and he stated there is no one hire than ***** but after my investigation there was. My husband called ****** from talent she stated there is nothing they can do for my son. And that if we tried to go hire we cant it will fall back on her to review and she already reviewed what had happen. I think a warning should had been in place My son enjoyed his position helped where help was needed quite kid didnt bother anyone and this is why I am writing this. A good worker down the drain. Its so hard to find good employees and my son ( not because he is my son) but he was just that a **** good employee. I have been in communication with other employees and they have stressed of how ***** HR is a horrible person tot he employees if she is prejudice she should not be working with minorities. I think she singled my son out. I will be reaching out to ****************** and I hope he truly investigates this facility.

      I have been a spot & tango customer for almost 2 years and recently canceled my subscription. On the package, it says nothing artificial when in fact they add sugar, maltodextrin and food coloring. There is no reason for dogs to consume these artificial ingredients (I know sugar isnt necessarily artificial; but it isnt needed in their diet). After contacting them about this, they asked for me to send a photo of the batch number so Carols could check if the recipe had changed. His next response was to state their ingredients meet or exceed AAFCO nutrient profiles. They did not address the fact that they claim nothing artificial and yet, add artificial ingredients. They wouldnt allow me to return the last unopened shipment of food or give a refund for it. I will say they did offer to give me 50% off my last order if I donated (with proof) to a shelter. Spot & Tango = false advertising and poor customer service response.

      HORRIBLE customer service! Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing the over priced food. Not a company worth doing business with.

      I updated my address in my account and they still shipped to the old address. They wouldn't provide a refund, nor would they fix the shipping address. Their response was "contact ******* They offered no resolution, no refund, no help. Ended up canceling my subscriptions. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

      **************** is inept and impossible to reach. I've spend hundreds of dollars on this food and I cannot even get through to a human to change my dogs plan in an effort to once again fix the amount of ********* giving to my dog. Won't even give me the number of imperial cups my dog needs a day - they'll only tell me the number of their "customized" cups he should be getting, even when the portion size of the cup is off such that i cannot just use a cup as a base for the measurement. I tried to figure out where to leave a review on their website to account for this, but I could not do so even as a verified buyer. It looks like the only reviews they post are the good ones, especially when considering the horrible customer reviews on this page below.

      Very bad. My dog would never touch the unkibble product. I offered it about 20 times. I asked for return authorization for an unopened bag and for the open uneaten bag. They do not accept returns. They only offer 50% credit if donated to shelter with receipt of donation.

      Horrible communication, customer experience, and remediation of issues. Food is good, but that is the only positive thing I can write. Ive been subscribing for about a year and a half now, and Im canceling my subscription as soon as I can get my dog transitioned to new food. So tired of dealing with inaccessibility of customer service (there is no number to call; only chat bots are available) and their supply chain and logistics issues (certain foods are often completely unavailable).The specifics of my most recent issue, which has push me over the edge: My order was canceled by the company because their carrier could not pick it up. They did not notify me about this cancellation. I had to proactively reach out to the company to find out where my order was. And then they refused to overnight a replacement shipment. No matter that dogs are reliant on the food they eat and cannot ************ overnight. This company knows they are holding their customers for ******. Im done.

      Terrible customer service and hidden rules regarding satisfaction with the trial. My dog did not like the food and I requested a refund 14 days after delivery. The service reps say the trial starts on the date the food is ordered!Your dog can't start trying the trial until it's delivered.Refused to refund my trial purchase because I calculated 14 days from date of delivery. Ridiculous, do NOT recommend doing business with this company.

      Wow - I wish I would have found these reviews before I place my trial order. My dogs dont like the food. I asked for a refund. They encouraged me to continue to try to get my dogs to like it so I did. I took introducing the food to them really slow. They still dont like it so I requested a refund. I was told it was too late. The money back guarantee was for only within the first 14 days and they will not refund my money. Such a crappy thing to do. Now Im stuck with a ton of expensive food that my dogs wont eat. Like flushing money down the toilet. ??
