I ordered two **** P2419H ****" 16:9 Ultrathin Bezel IPS Monitor, from B&H photo video store. Order was shipped in two tracking numbers. One order got delivered but other one did not. When i challenged BnH, it was informed to me that Fadex guy had same signature on both packages as receipt. The order was shipped via ***** in two packages, numbered ************ and ************. 8oth were delivered on 06/06/22. On 06/17/22 we emailed a claim to the carrier, which was denied. On 07/06/22 we were informed th customer had filed a chargeback with the bank which issued his **************** card. We contested that, as we contest this claim also.

On July 5th, 2022, I made an online purchace of three items from B&H Photo, New York. (order number #**********). Total cost $1,201.08 USD. This order was paid for in full by credit card and the items shipped out via *** the next day. On July 13th, ******************************************************************* ****** and were due to be delivered to me that same day B&H had requested that they be returned to them.On contacting B&H I was informed that the goods I purchased should not have been sold to me as they "don't have distribution rights to sell into ******". When I requested a full refund from B&H for the good they reclaimed I was informed that they would only issue a refund after they received them back and after they had been examined for damage or missing parts.Although I understand that mistakes can happen, and I sympathize with the situation being B&H found themselves in after selling goods they we are apparently not entitled to sell. I find it totaly unacceptable for B&H to:A) reclaim goods that at that I had purchased and paid for in full.B) After doing so refuse to provide an immediate refund.Business Response

B&H *********On 07/05/22 the customer placed an order by phone for one ISMIDVOCSTUK = ISOVOX 2 Midnight Portable Vocal Booth Kit with Stand and XLR Cable. The kit includes one ISOVOX 2 Midnight Portable Vocal Isolation Booth, BH #************. On our web page if this item is placed into a shopping cart with shipping to ******, our site cautions, "Manufacturer's restrictions for the shipping address provided prevent us from completing an order on the following items: SOVOX 2 Midnight Portable Vocal Isolation Booth." This geographic restriction is imposed on authorized retailers by the US distributor.
The order was shipped in three packages to ****** via ***.
On 07/06 the US distributor advised us that these items may not be sold to or shipped to an address in ****** and that doing so will void the customer's warranty. We asked *** to return all three packages to us. We informed the customer, apologized for our oversight, and refunded the original shipping fee of $37.55 under B&H *********.
On 07/15/22 under B&H ********* we issued a refund in the amount $1170.48, which represents the merchandise total (*******) plus all cross-border duty, tax, etc., totaling $64.64.

I purchased an Eartec headset. It came and to my dismay the headphone did not work. The microphone works just fine but I cannot hear any sound because it is faulty. I have been a loyal customer to ********************** for ** years. I spoke with their team for over an hour and only received condescending comments and deflections for the issues and a lack of responsibility in resolving issue and allowing me to return the product. I am a few days past the 30 day return window. Regardless, I turned on the headset when it came in and it didn't work. There is no excuse for any retailer to send a faulty product and expect it to be up to the consumer to figure out why while pocketing the consumers money. "Special Order - his item ships direct from the distributor. Delivery estimates are approximations. You will be charged as soon as the distributor receives the order (usually within 24 hours) ... important Notice - This item is noncancelable and nonreturnable."
The order was shipped on 05/31/22 via ****** Their package number was ************* ***** reports it was delivered 06/03/22. The first after-sale customer service note in this order history reporting any problem with the product is dated 07/13/22, six weeks later. The customer was advised repeatedly that he had to contact the manufacturer for warranty service.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:B&H is looking at this situation and appears to be more concerned about how they can profit off of faulty merchandise rather than fulfilling their stated mission of selling quality electronics for film and television. This goes against the excellence they have built their company on and what Ive come to know over 15 years of customer loyalty. This is a matter of a $400 professional communication systems device that was faulty from the get go. There is literally no audio coming from the speakers on the unit. Multiple tests were conducted on my end. Ive communicated this to the business only for it to fall on deaf ears and to be dismissed by very rude B&H representatives and refused the request to speak to a supervisor. I
I would like to return this item with no hassle and would like a refund. I ordered an item from B &H on May 13th. ***** lost the order and B&H reshipped it. The second one arrived but was not functional. I elected to do a return rather than an exchange because they told me it would be another two weeks before I received a raplcement.I was told I would have my refund processed after they received the item and I shipped it back.I got a notice of receipt of my return on June 8th (copy attached). It said my refund would be processed in 3 business days. I got on the chat the following Tuesday to get an update and they told me another 3 days. It has been another 9 days since that chat. I have got on their again and called them once. It has been two weeks and I still have no evidence of the return being processed.I just want my money back for the item I returned in good faith. Order #********** : The order was supposed to delivered by ***** without a signature. I was at home all day June, 17, 2022 and have cameras installed at the front door and the package never arrived and no ***** delivery guy came. I contacted ***** and they initiated a lost package tracking. I checked with the neighbors, the mail room and the apartment complex front desk. I have read lot of complaints online on BBB regards this business that they do not take ownership for non-delivered packages by their shippers. ***** is unable to provide a proof of delivery (photograph) or proof of signature and the package was never delivered to me. ***** send me the attached message.***** has misdelivered the package and I am concerned being my first order with this company. The customer wrote, "B&H ******************** Video customer serrvice said that the ****************** made decision to collect a second import duty." That i accurate and true. The government determined that they would not accept our statement that the second shipment was a repair or warranty shipment and required that duty, tax and other cross-border fees be paid. This is not "double taxation on import duty," but a second tax on what they determined was a second shipment.
The customer wrote, "B&H ******************** Video offered to take the item back, but wants to deduct $237.15 as the cost to have the item returned." That is correct and that amount represents what the return shipment will cost us.

I attempted to order a laptop from this company. There was a large flashing banner at the top of the site which stated that if I ordered in the next 4 hours my item would be delivered in 2 days. I then paid extra for next day shipping. My order was confirmed via email and a pending charge was posted to my credit card. The next day I still had not received shipping information and the confirmation said that someone would be required to sign for the package, so I attempted to chat with a CS rep on their website. I was told that my order had been "flagged for verification" and that he is not able to provide any further information, and that I had to call their verification department who is only available limited business hours and only by phone. I called, and was told I was being transferred to the proper department, however the person I was sent to said he did not work in that department and that he couldn't provide any further information. I would just have to wait for them to call me, with no inkling of when that might happen. In the meantime they posted an additional 4 unauthorized charges on my credit card for "verification purposes". After wasting 40 minutes speaking to three individuals none of whom could provide any information, and then waiting an additional several hours for the super secret department to contact me I canceled the order through their website. Less than 5 minutes later I was called by someone attempting to "verify" my order, despite it being past the time the package was to be delivered it had not even begun to be processed for shipping.The original authorized charge was eventually refunded, however the unauthorized "authorization" charges are still pending against my credit card.Business Response

Customers with *** billing addresses will not be charged until the order is processed for shipping. However, a credit card authorization hold occurs at the time the order is placed.
Our verification department and its purpose are described at *******************************************************************. This helps ensure your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft. We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:As of 8:54 am on 6/11/2022 there remain four pending charges against my credit card from your company. These are the in addition to the charge for the laptop which was eventually returned. These charges were never authorized, and in fact never needed as I verified with the bank that the full amount of the purchase was received and authorized by my bank prior to any of these four charges being placed. These charges represent wire fraud. Again, they were never authorized, never needed, and I was never informed that they would be charged and they remain 4 days after canceling the order.
Your "verification department" never in any way contacted me, and none of your employees could explain what the issue with my order was or when it could possibly be resolved. The order was canceled late in the day when the product was promised to be delivered and had not even been prepared to begin shipping. Whether that is one day or one month later that represents a breech of the contract. Your company clearly had no intention in ever delivering the product and simply wanted to utilize my funds with no benefit to me.
Your business practices are fraudulent and criminal and continue to harm me financially. This is unacceptable and needs to be rectified.

On 5/13/22 I placed an order for a **** 85mm f1.8 Lens, a *********** Travel Cube, a Tiffen 82mm polarizing filter a NiSi 82mm ND filter, and a 82mm step-up kit. For an amount totaling $995.49. ***** delivered a single box om 5/18/22. When I opened it, all the items were missing. The only material inside was bubble wrap and the shipping invoice.Fortunately, I had filmed me opening the box. I contacted support and offered to provide them the video documentation. I sent the video 3 separate times and received confirmation that B&H had received it at least twice. Despite this, they refused to review the video.They have now given conflicting information. First they said a claim with ***** was denied, then they said they needed more information to file a claim, most recently they said they cannot file a claim. When the customer reported that one box was empty the images he sent showed no evidence of tampering at all. *****'s proof of delivery for both packages makes no mention of tampering or of any flaw or defect in the delivered packages. His claim was denied.

So I placed an order aug 9 of last year. The item was on backorder. SO I could understand with all the shortages. The manufacture showed stock for 2 weeks just over 3 months ago. My order with them stilled showed backorder. Then it was back to backorder with the manufacture. Now that item has been in stock with the manufacture for 3 weeks now. I still do not have the product. The manufactory just made a post about catching them before they are sold out again and this time they say the product will be discontinued. I cannot get anything from B&H but its on order and we are waiting on a reply from the manufactory. No reason it should take this long to get a product from the manufacture in the US to be shipped. Granted the manufacture did a price increase after I placed the order. So did the place my order because I bought it before the price increase. Im tired of the run a round.. 9 months later and still waiting I want to see proof that they order the product from the manufacturer.Business Response

On Monday 08/09/21, after 8:30pm, the customer placed an order for two Spektrum PowerSafe Telemetry Receiver (20-Channel), BH #***********. At this time the item is on our site with the notice, "Special Order ... Expected availability: 2-4 weeks...Important Notice: This item is noncancelable and nonreturnable." The item was not in stock then and is not available now. We regret our supplier's unanticipated delay and the customer's inconvenience. We now have a tentative ETA of mid-June, but like any ETA, this is uncertain.

I could have placed my order from them the day it came in stock and would have had it in less then a week. SO they are telling me its going to take them 6 weeks to get the item from the mfg. If I could have gotten them from the mfg for the same price as B&H I would have already done it.
