  I placed an order online for a lens(price was too good to be true). They emailed me to say there was a hold on my order and to call. When I called I was informed I had ordered the IMPORT model, which I did not want. They said for an extra amount they would send me the US version, I agreed but they would not send me an updated invoice, I looked pasted this. I received my lens quickly and immediately went to register the lens with ******. They informed me Willoughby's Camera is not an autherized dealer and the lens I had was an IMPORT model, and I would not be able to register the lens. TAMRON also said they get ****** like this every week. So, I politely reached out to Willoughby's Camera via phone and informed them I need to return the lens due to receiving the wrong version. I was met with some resistance and told I need to pay for return shipping becuase they sent me the US version of the lens and I was chosing to return the lens. At this point I informed them I spoke to TAMRON and shared what they had shared with me. They said this is not possible and quickly sent me an RMA number and got off the phone. I followed up with an email detailing the conversation and asked for an alternative resoltuion(I am an open minded guy but they did just try to scam me!) or a prepaid return shipping lable - No Response.They were very responsive when makeing the order but now that I am on the back end they are not. I called again the next day and was told there is not other resolution to keep the lens, get a third party 3 year warranty (not sure I tust them) or pay for return shipping. I asked to speak to a someone else and was forwarded to a voicemail. I called back two more times and was sent to voicemail each time. I am a calm and polite guy but his is not acceptable way to run a business. I am ok with IMPORT gear, just not paying US prices for it.

  Easy order and fast shipping. I have purchased from Willoughby's camera for the past 6 years and I have always been delighted with their product selection, delivery time and overall service. It's my go to source for photography equipment.

  Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve Speed editor was out of stock everywhere except ************ Photo, delivered in 24hrs. The item was really well packed and I was updated regarding the delivery incessantly. All in all, great experience and I will use ************ Photo again without hesitation.

  I was a bit reluctant to place my order via the internet but my experience With ************ has made such a decision easy. Their website was easy to use, reasonably priced and the customer service staff responded to my inquiries in no time. When my tripod came, It was in perfect condition and just what I required.

  Well-Priced. Speedy Delivery Ordered a camera online, the whole process was easy and efficient. The delivery arrived on the day and time specified. The box was well-packaged. Will use Willoughby's Cameras again based on this experience.

  I applied for financing through ************ website, was approved, and when I was redirected to the cart, the payment method didn't update. I called and was told that the Nikon Z8 I selected was an import model. I couldn't see it in the "Description" tab. He said last tab "Product Description" last line, "Brand New Factory Fresh Import Model." Yes, there it is but buried in the fourth tab last line. I said that I didn't see a domestic body listed. He said, "I don't know which way you are searching but here is the product number." I typed it in and the domestic Z8 camera listing came up. (I didn't write the domestic camera product number down, but I checked after the phone call. "Z8" or "Z 8" does not bring up the second listing.) The body and lenses were more than the credit limit I applied for. He agreed to reduce the price. When he went to apply the financing, my home number came up to authenticate the credit card, which I did not sign up with. He said to call when I was near that phone. Two days later he hasn't answered messages or called back to complete the transaction. So now he has my contact information and my social security number, and I have a new credit card that I can't use. I purchased my new kit from B&H Photo and will never do business with ************ again.

  I am an intermediate photographer and recently bought a **** a6700 camera from Willoughby's camera as it was the only online camera store offering this camera for less than the $1490 charged by all the other online retailers listed on ******* The delivery was prompt and the camera arrived quickly, well packaged, in perfect condition and has been perfect for vlogging. I completely enjoyed dealing with ************, and am planning on many more purchases in the future.

  I recently purchased a Canon EOS R10 camera from this company using their website. The whole process was quick and easy. The camera arrived on time, was well packed and it was in proper working condition. I am soo glad I went with Willoughby's camera because they will definitely be getting all my photographic based orders from now on.

  I found the website easy to use and check out was easy using my credit card. Communication was good keeping me updated with how my order was progressing, everything was pretty smooth and my Nikon Z7II camera came even faster than planned and was well packaged. ************ is now my preferred camera store for any photography equipment.
