    I was going to receive Plastic surgery in May 2024. Due to some recent life changes, I opted to not follow through with the surgery. However, initially I had applied for a loan through Lexington Plastic Surgeons With a company known as Cherry. Since I decided to not go through with the surgery, the loan had to be reversed, but it had to go through the surgeons office. It has been about five months of me contacting Lexington Plastic Surgeons and they have yet to respond to me in a meaningful way to get my loan reversed. I never received the surgery or the service and now the loan company is trying to collect money from me. I want to make a complaint against Lexington Plastic Surgeons because they falsely claim to be helpful number one and number two they refuse to do anything to correct that I am paying for service I have never received. In my opinion, and in fact, their predatory company, and they collect money for not performing any medical procedures and then refused to help.

    In Sept 2023, I had paid for cosmetic surgery, on top of the cosmetic surgery I paid for an extra service (massages, which was highly recommended to help the healing process and to get the max results). When it was time for my massages, I was advised they no longer had a trained professional to give me the massages, and they promised they are going to hire one and I will be first on the list to get the services. This never happened- during my follow up visits I always asked if they hired someone and they said they did and they are in training. I ended up being fully healed and no longer require any more additional services with them. I have been asking for my money back for months every time I went for my follow ***** made calls, hounded the front desk receptionist for a number to someone to help. They gave me the run around. They started to tell me, we can put your refund on another procedure, I declined because I want nothing further to do with there establishment, I even tried to contact the owner *** ******************* himself on Instagram with no success. I am now trying to contact BBB or even see if I can take them to court. This is not right and I should not have to be punished due to a service, I paid for and due to know fault of my own - they could not render the services.

    I placed a deposit for a breast lift with Lexington plastics in February 2023, my surgery date was set for December. However, I called in July to change my date to August and was told by ***** the consultant that my surgeon Dr. A is no longer employed there. I was shocked, I ask why didnt anyone call me to discuss the changes. She proceeded to say I will ask ************** if he will do it for the same price or we can move you to the *************** I said ok. A month past by and I heard nothing from *****, I called again and demanded a refund, she agreed and said she will process. I have been calling for 3 months finally I got a new person name ******* he made me aware that ***** is no longer with company. I explained what has been happening and at this point I need a refund. He said ok he will have a conversation with someone and get back to me. A few weeks went by and nothing. For 2 months I called, I was told a manger will contact me and nothing. The third or fourth month I was told ******* no longer work for company. I went to *** and had a discussion with a young man at desk he made notes and said a manager will contact me. Its been 3 months and nothing. All I want is my $1000 deposit back.

    I went in for a consultation and decided to have a tummy tuck done. 2 weeks prior to the surgery date I had an emergency and had to cancel. The payments was set up with a 3rd party financing agency by the consultant at Lexington. As mentioned earlier the surgery was canceled due to an emergency, it is now over 2 months since I canceled. The financing company has been contacting me for payment. The consultation never canceled, therefore I had to put a stop payment to them. The consultant is not responding to calls or messages. I came into the office to file a complaint and I was assure that it would be taken care of by someone in customer service. I am sitting in there office as Im filing this complaint. The issue is still not resolved and my credit line is being affected because the financing company is expecting payment from me for an operation that was never done. The financing company say I have to cancel with Lexington and even though I canceled 2 weeks prior, the cancellation was never done and is still not done. As early as yesterday I was contacted my the financing company.

    Went in for a consultation ONLY by the end of the meeting I felt very "unsafe" with the consulstation as there was no doctor ******* and they quoted me over 25,000$ without even being looked at by a actual doctor. They also made me pay a $1000 down payment for what i do not know which would be refunded if I chose not to use them. The nurse confirmed that to me many times at this meeting. Now they refuse to refund me. How these people are allowed to get away with this is beyond me. This was shady to say the least.

    On 2/23/24 I had a BBL done. I was supposed to be asleep for the procedure but the day of surgery, I was told that I would not be asleep. I would be awake and would have to reschedule if I wanted to be put to sleep. I had taken all my work vacation to recover and arranged childcare. I decided to go through with it. They then said I was supposed to have picked up pain medication to take before the surgery so it wouldnt be as painful but no one ever told me about that. They ended up giving me some pain meds but I experienced sooooo much pain during the surgery still. After the surgery they just left me in the hallway of the office. No monitoring or anything. A nurse taped me up in the dark missing all my incisions. I went home and a few weeks later, had no results. When I asked, I was told 5 liters of fat was removed but only one could be used. At my consultation, I was told that a lot more would be used. Not only was I guaranteed results I did not receive but I have no results at all. The doctor also put the fat where he thought was best despite what I requested. Even at the post op, he said he thought it was best to put the fat where he thought was best no matter what I asked for prior to surgery. Instead of putting the whole 1 liter of fat in my ****, he put some in my thighs where I did not need it. I now have 2 ***** of fat at my sides. I tried speaking to managers there but no one will answer, respond to my calls or voicemails. I only get to speak to consultants who say I will have to wait 6 months to see if I qualify for a revision but I will be charged OR fees. I dont think that is fair. I also do not want to have surgery with them again after all the horrible experiences. I was charged $10,000 for a bbl and got no results at all.

    I cant begin to explain how horrible this place is. You will be lied to from the moment you walk in. They tell you whatever you want to hear just to get your money and they charge you double or triple the price. They had me start paying for a surgery I hadnt had yet 5 months before I even had it. I wanted a bbl. Because of health issues I wasnt able to have the surgery so I notified them but they refused to give my money back. They then said I had to submit a surgery denial letter from my doctor which I did numerous times but they claimed they never got it. After dealing with the fact that I lost my $10,000, I kept trying to get medical clearance. I finally got clearance and went for surgery. When I got there, they asked if I picked up my pain meds for surgery, NO ONE TOLD ME I HAD TO GO GET MY OWN MEDS FOR SURGERY, they said I was supposed to come to the office with them so I can take them prior to surgery for less pain. They said they would see what they can do about pain meds. I asked why would I feel pain if I will be asleep and they said I would not be asleep I would be awake. I MADE IT CLEAR THAT I WANTED TO BE ASLEEP BECAUSE I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO HANDLE BEING AWAKE. At this point they said that we would have to reschedule the surgery for next month if I wanted to be asleep. I had already taken all of my vacation from work for the recovery and paid for child care. I was terrified but I didnt really have a choice and I went forward with the surgery because I wouldnt have another opportunity. The surgery was excruciating. Probably because I didnt have the proper pain medication in time prior to the surgery. After surgery, I was put in the office hallway not being monitored which I found odd. Other people who had surgery there informed me that they were in a recovery room but not me. I was left in the office hallway behind a curtain. They asked if I was ok, taped me up and helped me to the car in the middle of oncoming traffic while I was all woozie. When I got home, I had to experience more pain because the nurse put tape over my fresh incisions. Probably because we were in the dark behind a curtain instead of a properly lighted room. After a few days when swelling went down, I had no results with my bbl. I looked at before pics and everything was the same. I noticed fat was put into my thighs which I did not request.I went back for my post op and everyone was rude, denied my request for a manager and just didnt care about any of the terrible experiences I had. No one discussed fajas with me until I asked and they told me to get a certain size. When I got the faja, it was absolutely too small. No one ever took any measurements of my body so there was no way they could properly know what size to recommend. I had to go out and now purchase another faja larger than what they recommended. The surgeon was Dr. ********************** assured me that I needed to heal a bit and my results would come in. I knew that was untrue because if I didnt have a result in the beginning at its most swollen, results werent going to show up later on. I asked why he put fat in my legs when I wanted it all in my ****. He said he put it where he thought I needed it but I didnt want way put in anywhere but my ****. So I asked for a manager and of course they come with another consultant who is supposedly more knowledgeable named *****. I speak with her and she says I have to wait 6 months to find out if I would be able to have a revision. I requested it be sooner because you can clearly see there is no result but she said no thats the policy. When I went in for my next appointment 3 MONTHS LATER not 6 months, Dr. ******* stated he would do a revision. He also stated that although 5 liters of fat was removed, only 1.8 liters was viable to use for a bbl. He said normally people get 3 liters of fat to use, but because I had weight loss surgery, we dont have much fat to use. WHY WAS THIS NOT MENTIONED AT MY CONSULTATION WITH HIM? I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD SURGERY IF I KNEW I WASNT GOING TO HAVE ENOUGH FAT FOR A BBL. When I told him that, he claimed to have gone over that with me but he for a fact did not, despite me mentioning my weight loss surgery repeatedly. Thank god I have all conversations recorded so I have proof of this* *** ******* agrees to do a revision and we discuss a second surgery of lipo of the back, he already stated prior to my first surgery that if I needed a touch up of the bbl he would do that for free with the fat he collects from my back. He also states that he will use the largest canister so that the fat does not get lost in the transfer from small canisters like the first surgery which he should have done on the first place. Now when I speak to *****, I asked how much the second surgery would be. Its another $10,000. Prior to my first surgery, she said once I have my first surgery, we can revisit the quote and work with me on the price but of course that was a lie. I explained the terrible experiences I had and how I need a revision because I have no result so they should be trying to work with me and make me happy. She said the quote was already given, she needs to confirm with the Dr if he agrees with a revision and if it will be free or if I have to pay the OR fees? Im like OR fees? Its not my fault I need a revision. Long story short, she spoke over me, was very rude and condescending. I asked for a manager and she said THIS IS WHAT YOU ALWAYS DO, WHEN YOU DONT HEAR WHAT YOU WANT, YOU ASK FOR A MANAGER Ive been asking for a manager to inform them of all the issues I was having but no one would contact her. Now she said she would contact me with the doctors decision about a revision. When she called, she said the doctor agreed to the revision, she called it a complimentary bbl as the revision. There is nothing free here. Prior to my first surgery he already told me if I needed more fat in my **** he will add it for free with my back lipo. Again I try to address the pricing, but colors different options and ask if they could come down but she said no. I asked again for the manager because every time I speak with someone, they do t have the correct information, theyre rude, unprofessional and I wanted a manager. *** reached out to the better business bureau, am in contact with a lawyer and will be taking legal action. People please dont go here, they are scammers and do not care about your health and safety.     On March 1st I went for a consultation with Lexington Plastic Surgeons. My consultant was ***** who informed me that I could do *******. I gave them $1,000.00 deposit (which came out of my checking acct.) and did financing of $10,000.00 with a company called "******". On March 13th I actually met with ******************************* who informed me that I was not a candidate for *******. He declined to do the procedure because of visceral fat. While I was waiting to meet with ************** 03/13, I paid another $500 which I put on my chase credit card. I also made my first payment to ****** in the amount of $263.35 (which came out of my checking acct). I financed $10,000 over five years. I paid all of the above monies before meeting with the surgeon because my procedure was suppose to be performed on March 28th. Basically, the consultant misspoke and gave me false hope. The surgeon being a perfectionist and good doctor would not do the procedure because I would not get the proper results. Visceral fat is under the muscle and it would take a tummy tuck for me to achieve the results I desired. I had no interest in a tummy tuck too invasive-they cut you from hip to hip. I called the next day and asked for a refund. ***** informed me that ************** offered to do the tummy tuck for the same $11,500 which was the price of the *******. I declined the offer. I put in a claim with ***** bank because these people are acting as if they do not want to return my money. Dr. decline to do the procedure because the consultant gave poor guidance. End of story. Return my money. I just called their office today 03/20 and the person who does the returns was gone for the day. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! EVERY ***** $1,763.35. I WANT IT RETURNED IMMEDIATELY!!! I REACHED OUT TO ****** FOR A REFUND AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE MEDICAL PRACTICE HAS TO REQUEST THE REFUND. I ENCLOSED THEIR RESPONSE TO MY INQUIRY. NO SURGERY, NO LOAN NEEDED THE CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE THE NEXT DAY.

    The business never canceled the loan. I never had surgery and I'm paying on a $10,000.00 loan. I have enclosed notification from the servicer "******" that the second payment was taken April 13, 2024

    I never canceled the procedure ************** "DECLINED" to do the procedure which is no fault of mine. ***** provided a horrible consultation and I'm paying for it. I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!!  I have contacted an attorney, you guys should be hearing from him soon. I have also filed a claim with the small claims court of New York and our court date is July 5th.     8/16/23 I paid $4500 towards my daughter's surgery to remove keloids from her neck. The surgery was scheduled for 9/23 which was canceled by the doctor's ******* The rescheduled date was 10/17. We attempted to contact the business by phone several times prior to the 10/17 date to get information on the process, time and any pertinent information for the surgery itself. We received no information and no call backs. My daughter took off work for the surgery and recovery time. The surgery was canceled without notice the day of the surgery. It was then rescheduled to a day in November. Not getting a good feeling about the business and the unprofessional way they handled the two previous appointments, we decided to not use this plastic surgeon for surgery on my daughter's neck. They didn't appear very reliable. The company assured us we would get our $4500 back, that it would take **** days to refund the money. After a couple weeks with no refund, we contacted the company again. They again reassured us they were processing the refund. After more time had passed with no refund, I contacted ******************* to dispute the charge because the services were not rendered. Once the card company contacted the doctor's ****** about the dispute, Lexington contacted my daughter and advised her they could not reverse the transaction or issue the refund with the dispute against them pending and told us to cancel the dispute so they could re-issue the refund. A few days after we stopped the dispute, I went online and found that the dispute was closed as customer error, services were rendered. The credit card company was unable to re-establish the dispute because we removed it. I'm completely confident Lexington Surgeons company knew what they were doing and was aware of the consequences when they told us to remove the dispute. I'm now turning to you for help in getting the matter resolved. Services had not been rendered as there are still giant keloids on my daughter's neck.

    On 3/29/2023, I reported to Lexington Plastic Surgery located at ************************************************************************, for consultation to have a scar remove from my nose. I paid $3000 as a down payment and $5500 was to be financed through Alphaeon Credit. The Surgery was scheduled for 5/11/2023 and pre op was scheduled on 4/10/2023. On 4/10/2023, I reported back to Lexington Plastic Surgery and was informed that surgery was not recommended due to size and location of the scar. And, Dermal fillers(Botox injections) was recommended for treatment but this is not a permanent solution. On 5/11/2023, I reported back to Lexington Plastic Surgery and I informed them that I do not want the dermal fillers because it is not a permanent solution and would like to have my refund of $3000. Subsequently from 05/11/2023 07/03/2023, Ive been trying to retrieve my money from Lexington Plastic Surgery with no success. On 07/05/2023, I reported back to Lexington Plastic Surgery and spoke with a ******************. Then, ****************** contacted the ******** Office of Lexington Plastic Surgery, while in my presence, and they informed her that I will have my money on 07/11/2023. On 07/11/2023 at 4:30pm, ****************** contacted this patient and I informed her that I did not receive my money as instructed. On 07/12/2023, this patient reported to the Law offices of ************************ located ***************************************************************** for legal counseling. This patient has tried numerous times to retrieve my money with no success. This patient is very frustrated and confused as to why a well established plastic surgery company with a famous doctor as its CEO, cannot completed a simple request of a refund.     On 12/30/2022, I paid Lexington plastic surgeon $2000 as a deposit for breast implants. After I paid the deposit, I went to my primary care Dr to make sure I was clear to have surgery due to some previous health issues. At this time, I was advised because I suffer from factor 5 disorder, she could not clear me to have surgery as it is a huge risk. I reached back out to ****** the coordinator who took my payment to make her aware of what I had been told. She advised I needed to provide a letter from the doctor and she would submit my refund request. I did just that. Some time went by and I started reaching out to check the status since I had not heard from her. She stated this could take some time unfortunately. In February of 2023, I spoke with her and she advised someone name ****** would be in touch. I received a call from ****** and she stated that she had just recently took over the office manager role as the previous one was no longer with them so my request never got processed. She was going to send it to the department that process refunds but wasnt sure how long it would take. I asked if she could expedite the request since I had already waited a month. She stated she would but not sure if thatll help any. I reached out on a weekly basis since then and have not received any response. There is no one at the number listed that I can speak to to escalate as the calls are out source to another country. The only thing Im being told is they can email ****** and ****** to call me which I havent received any correspondence since the beginning of February. My bank is currently threatening to close out my account by 3/28 if the funds arent recovered because I had disputed the charge but they reversed it because of Lexington correspondence. At this point, Im not sure what I need to do, I am stuck with no communication from this business. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
